I forgot my charging GoPro camera in the room. I called a day later and the staff found it and was going to ship it to me. Got it a few days later, but the camera was broke. Hoping to get compensated.

The Hampton in Fairbanks is the best hotel to stay at when you are in town. Great staff, location, and amenities. There are several stores, shops, and restaurants in walking distance. Great spot to view the Northern Lights.

As we endeavored to experience the Aurora Borealis first hand we picked this hotel for its number 1 status and its location. Needless, to say it did not disappoint. The staff here are very kind, helpful and always available to assist you in any way possible. The breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is perfectly situated across from the...

Generally speaking, we had a very good experience. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were a little bit surprised they did not provide complementary bottled water that is available in all the Hampton Inns we hve visited previously.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times since it opened and have enjoyed our stays. However, during our most recent visit (room 409) we found the beds to be quite uncomfortable and the ventilation to be somewhat stale, bordering on smelly. Initially we were willing to blame our aches in part on our aging bones but our 23...

So disappointing. My kids love to swim but the pool has been closed this whole trip. Made this Mama look bad after I packed swimsuits promising a pool. Oh well. The rooms are clean, beds are pretty comfortable, the morning breakfast is yummy and all of the employees have been so sweet. Overall this hotel would have been a 5...

Three of us traveled to Fairbanks from Anchorage to try to see the Northern Lights. We chose the Hampton b/c I am a Diamond Honors member. The lobby is clean, breakfast is typical Hampton, seating for breakfast is a little tight during the breakfast rush hours. The front desk will put your name on a list for a wake up...

During our first trip to Fairbanks AK, my wife and I began to wonder if this trip was such a good idea. We started with our flight being delayed due to inclement weather resulting in us having to rush to "catch our connector" only to find out that it was canceled. We finally arrived in Fairbanks some three hours later...

We were upgraded to a junior suite. That was s plus. Large room. King bed plus a foldout bed for the grad kid. Had a great time in the pool. Breakfast was what we have come to expect in this type of hotel. Newer building. Good friendly staff.

Upon entering the host was expecting me as an 'early check in' and had a quiet room planned for me. (Score - on a 1-5 = 5) Unlike my last hotel, the room was made perfectly all 3-days that I stayed. Quiet with an extra blanket... Perfect! Great stay, great food, great experience. I will be back!!!
