We stayed here for two nights when we were on a land tour prior to our cruise. The rooms are actually one bedroom apartments with full kitchens which we didn't use. The room was comfortable & had a nice view of the woods out our balcony. The thing we didn't like was that the resort is very large & it... More

My wife and I were in Fairbanks for two weeks visiting relatives. We were happy with the room. Bathroom towels were changes out every day and bed linens were changed weekly. Kitchen had plates and utensils for four persons. I would suggest that bigger drinking glasses and a cutting board be available. The one disappointing thing was the buffet breakfast.... More

My husband and I were on a cruise and this was where we were to stay when we finished our land part of the cruise. This resort is very nice. It is clean, quiet and spacious. The restaurant was great, however, after being on a cruise ship we were let down a bit with the breakfast buffet and also it... More

Large suite type rooms. Modern and clean. Big facility with multiple buildings. Seems to get a lot of tour groups which they have the room to handle. Shuttles are provided if needed. Breakfast buffet was good.

We shared a 2 BR 1 bath unit w/ friends for a couple of nights and had some other friends over for a visit one evening. The place was clean and had plenty of space. Would have preferred another bath, but we new that when we booked and it wasn't a problem. The kitchen was not as well stocked with... More

The suite was spacious and clean, but we preferred the Bear Lodge where we stayed for 3 nights. While both facilities our located on the same property, we liked having the restaurant closer to our room. By the way, we thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant…especially the breakfasts. Ordering off the menu, as opposed to the buffet, was the... More

We are the grandparents along with our daughter and son in law for a graduation. These are regular apts and the rates were very low per day. Very large rooms with huge TV's and everything you need to cook. All in a beautiful area with walking trails around a lake behind the properties. We used the trails a lot viewing... More

My sister and I were in Fairbanks to visit my niece at UAF. The place we had was really an apartment. It had 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. It was nice for us to have our own bedroom. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. We did the walking... More

This is a somewhat unusual hotel even for Fairbanks - a mix of rented apartments and hotel rooms. The rooms are terrific - large, well appointed and have great facilities for an extended stay. The complex itself is a little out of the way and has no restaurants onsite. The car museum is well worth a visit, but make sure... More

I landed here because all flights in and out of Fairbanks were cancelled due to Volcanic Ash eruption, requiring an extra night's stay. The $85 price tag, Restaurant/Bar/Lounge and 24 hour business center noted in description got my attention versus $125+ elsewhere. This is an old apartment complex circa 1970's. The building entries are unsecured, although its an out-of-the way... More
