The rooms were dirty. There was hair on the sheets. An employee yelled profanities at me and several of my coworkers and threw room keys at us because we asked for the rooms to be cleaned.

Property will address these comments with the employer of the writer, the comments made are not a reflection of the property however are a reflection of a individual whom did not get their way while employed with a organization.
Although the hotel and decor is dated the room was large and well kept. We especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service from the airport (11.30pm) and to the rail station. The staff are friendly and welcoming and Tubbie’s Bar was a great hangout. Thank you...More

Thank you for the review of your stay with us, we are glad you enjoyed it during your Alaskan Vacation
Looking for a middle of the road hotel? The Regency is a good place to stay. It's not the Hyatt Regency but it is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk to downtown. The staff are friendly, and it comes with a buffet breakfast. Don't...More

Yes, City Bus line does run by the Ice Park, however a short walk from the stop. There is a bus stop at the property to get you to the transit center where you would pick up the Red Line. Day pass is $3 per person. However, suggest looking at the Fairbanks MAC Transit Bus schedule because they do operate on limited hours in the evening. We also have schedules available at the front desk. A good suggestion would be to use Uber or Lyft for transportation from the ICE PARK in the evening after the buses have discontinued running
