The management and staff at this hotel were so gracious to me while staying here. My husband was at Brigham and Womens Hospital and I stayed here by myself, they saw that I was in a safe location on the first floor as I was a little uncomfortable being by myself. My stay was suppose to be for 6 days...

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-15 minute walk away from the Longwood medical area and also close to several restaurants. There is a rail stop right out side the hotel, which made using public transportation a breeze. My room however, had a broken bathroom door and a leaking faucet in the shower... They did address my concern very timely...

We stayed for 3 nights in May 2016. The hotel is conveniently located in Brookline which has only a few corporate hotels in the area. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars and public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable and we did use the pool with our granddaughter one day. The staff was friendly and the service was...

If you don't require a high-end experience, the Holiday Inn in Brookline is a no-frills, conveniently located, option. Boston and the surrounding areas are meant to be walked, so there is no real need to rent a car. And transportation options are within walking distance: a bus to Cambridge/Harvard, rail to Boston (Back Bay, financial district, etc) Also within waling...

Coming from outside the USA, its not always easy to equate franchised hotel chains. Staff are polite and efficient but as my wife is waiting in the lounge /lobby area for our room to be ready...a furry visitor scurried across the carpet....she was not the only witness! But that apart everything they do, they normally do well, except out of...
