But the staff and the rooms were more than anticipated given the great room rate I received. I had to bother the staff several times in the first few hours due to either forgetting the WiFi log in or just local information in general and they were more than accommodating and understanding. The room was clean and had everything I... More

I was a little worried after reading the reviews. I booked this hotel on Hotwire for a short overnight stay before leaving out of PDX. My expectations were far exceeded. The manager was very helpful, the room was clean and well kept, and the hotel is generally quiet. Definitely recommend for a nice stay over place.

Was flying in late and leaving early. Couldn't beat the price. It located less than 10 minutes from the airport. It's older, but clean. The only thing wrong with the room, is the location of the shower nozzel. It's a bit low and feels like you are being sprayed with a garden hose. The managers are super nice. It suit... More

The room was clean and comfortable if a little bit dark, the service was good and the location was very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The furnishings were tired but the price was right, no problems to report.

This was our second stay at this hotel and I was just as satisfied although our room was smaller than the first one. The clothes hanger bar was next to the bed so that the clothes hung in my face when I sat on the side of the bed. That was irritating. A queen size bed would fit in that... More

The problem is that everything in the room is so old, so worn, so much in disrepair and left in neglect, that it is impossible to consider it halfway clean. They do clean the rooms but make no efforts whatsoever to fix the atrocious holes in the walls, cut up carpets, or such. Further, owner does not seem to care... More

When we pulled off the highway we saw 3 homeless and a working girl. Wold probably have skipped this hotel but it was prepaid and passed cancellation. Also it sat among a cluster of other bigger chains, so we figured for a short night we would be fine (early am flight out of PDX). The hotel rooms are being fixed... More

We were a little nervous making the reservations because some of the reviews. Our experience was just fine. We checked in late and the manager had tried to call us to see what time we would be there, but we never got the call (we were on the road). He was friendly on our late check in. Amenities are sparse... More

We reserved a room at the guest house 2 weeks before our stay. We got there and they only had one room left. We paid for the 2 nights and went to our room. Inside the room the walls were yellow from smoke, there was also food or blood? running down 2 of the walls, the floor had long burns... More

First when I enter office it smelled like some kind of food the manager must live there. Second No iron in room inconvenient would of been nice to have a pool but understand. The tolite has mole, the bathtub knobs coming apart bad stains in bathtub need to reconstruct. Microwave didn't work and the TV is out dated, Internet didn't... More
