The motel was extremely run down and dirty. I knew booking it that it was a budget motel but was taken aback by how horrible it was, despite paying about twice what I expected to pay. Creepy run-down apartment building adjacent to the rooms with people peering out from behind blinds. Junk cars in the parking lot.

Small independent motel from the '60s. Showing it's age. Very service oriented staff (seems to be a family). But it is old. Refrigerator didn't work. Toilet had a small leak. Tile in bath was chipped and had several cut outs showing old tile underneath. Door facings had cut outs. Basically clean but cobwebs in corner. Quiet and seemed safe, though...

This is an old motel and in places shows it's age. Room had microwave, tv, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and coffee maker. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and quiet. Good value. Definately not a "luxury" motel, but if you're looking for a quiet, comfortably, inexpensive place to stay, it's ideal.

on the "plus" side: one of the employees was very nice and somewhat helpful. But, other than that, this motel is old and worn out. They had new TV's, but it took the manager over an hour to get it to work. The refrigerator was new also, but was not plugged in when we arrived. There was a microwave, but...

Easy check-in, tidy room, and if you prefer non-chain motels this fits the bill for a cheap easy place to stay. Friendly staff. My curtains were thick enough to make the room dark for good sleep, unlike another reviewer found. Road outside is a bit busy but overall, I'd come back again.

I stayed only 1 night, but, found It was inexpensive, comfortable and clean. There was a refrigerator and a microwave with a coffee pot. What I didn't like was there no places close by to go to eat. I had trouble getting wifi and had to go to the office a few times to correct the problem. But once I...

I'm from Rome, NY. Just stay there for a few days at then and of nov. The outside wasn't brightly lit. Our room had a full size refrigerator. The room was clean, and everything worked. I smoked, but needed to smoke outside because they are all non smoking rooms. Which turned out to be a good thing. There is an...

The room we stayed in was quite clean and looked freshly painted, I think the bathtub etc. was quite new. This is an older motel but for a one night stay as we visited Fort Stanwix was perfectly acceptable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was handy as there are no nearby restaurants - this place is outside...

This was by far the most disgusting and dirty place I ever stayed. The bathtub didn't drain. The room smelled awful. It was loud, to bright and the people who live in the hotel have pet rabbits in cages on the sidewalk. They were feeding them hamburgers and smoking out there so you have to step off the sidewalk to...

It was OK for a night but was minimally clean. We might as well have left the lights on in the room. The lighting outside was so bright and the curtains very thin that you should take a sleep mask with you. Finding a restaurant in Rome was nearly impossible. The city has seen better days. We ended up getting...
