First room dirty 2nd room. No air conditioning, old tv. This looks like a drug hotel! NEVER AGAIN! This is the worst hotel I've seen in years! Had to switch to a 3rd room because of air conditioning. Almost like the desk person purposely put us in the 2nd room which was a 1980's throwback. Sad case of rooms anyways.
Upon arrival I informed the staff member on duty that the bedding was dirty and had burn holes in it and the room had a very unpleasant odor to it even though it was booked as a non-smoking room. I wanted to vacate the room but they refused to give me a refund if I did so. I would rather sleep in my truck than this place. Don’t stay here!
Hotel is run down and not very clean. It's cheap is the good is why and only why I gave it a three. People running the place seemed friendly so I think they are doing their best with what they have to work with. If you need a cheap place to stop for the night this would be a ok option I think.
I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told me that my online payment had an error, after 30 mintues of haggling i decided to pay cash (thereby double paying) and fight agoda for the online side. As i was leaving, a man was complaining about a missing phone. When i arrived to my room, that man approached me and said that he thinks he forgot his phone on the coke machine. He said the hotel receptionist told him that i was the only person in the lobby in the last few hours and that maybe i took it. I told the person i hope you find your phone. I entered the lobby a second time to get a receipt since agoda told me i needed a reciept to cancel payment on their end so i do not get charged double.... upon entering the receptionist tells me that she thinks i stole the phone and she will be reviewing the camera tomorrow morning and contacting the cops to arrest me. we mutually curse at each other and I leave the lobby. 2 hours later a drug addict knocks on my door and says the receptionist told her that i stole a 30 dollar track phone from the lobby,... i tell the lady to call the cops or either stop bothering me. i cannot make this stuff up…
It was dirty and hard to sleep with bright lights outside the room making it look like daylight. The bed was OK but the carpet was dirty and so was the bathroom. The trim work was coming off as well. The only gave one set of towels.
