Hotel was dingy, despite requesting maid service 5 times in 4 days, Never got maid service…they never made up our room for our Monday to Friday stay! Phone in the room, along with the microwave & the refrigerator were all broken. They replaced the refrigerator, but not the phone or microwave!

Hotel was clean and quiet even though very busy. Staff was helpful in resolving issues with television. Repairs need to crash bar on 1st Floor Exit door and fire alarm pull station by exit to pool.

I had stayed here before in the past , between last time this time , huge huge improvements . Super Clean rooms , Super Cold A/C Rooms , Super Friendly staff ! I Travel all the time , and what’s most important to me is super cold rooms , super clean rooms and this property was beyond my expectations. Keep up the Hard Work 😓.

Clean room, low water pressure in the shower. Nice amenities, though a change in the in-room coffee brand could be considered. The front desk staff and housekeeping were exceptional, especially Aaron.

This 5 star rating is all around the gentleman working the front desk at night. His name was Aaron. After we checked in, we went to our room & found the security latch was on the door. Aaron worked to get us another room and escorted us up to that room to make sure the same thing wasn’t happening. He was very engaging, talking to my daughter about her upcoming volleyball tourney. In todays world where it seems like the art of customer service is lacking, Aaron killed it! He needs to know his effort and comfort was GREATLY appreciated!!!

Room had a welcome feel to it. Front desk personnel was extremely nice and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. I marked this hotel as a favorite so I make sure I will stay here again.

I am allergic to down/feather, so when booking the room I requested regular pillows. This has never been an issue since down is usually an upgrade, not the standard. Checked in and went to my room and they had all feather pillows. Went to the front desk and they said the hotel ONLY has feather pillows. They told us to open up the cases and if the rims had blue on them then they are feather, which I can confirm were, since feathers were poking out of it. The workers were lovely and the bed was cozy but it was really hard sleeping with zero pillows.
