Nice hotel in the heart of Savannah Georgia. The only issues I had were the fan in the bathroom didn't work as well as the tv in the room. However, I only stayed one night so it wasn't that big of a deal. Paid for the breakfast package and that was really good! Customer service was really good, but they were always busy so they didn't answer phones. I would stay again!

Our first time in Savannah was planned for us by Pack Up & Go and it was a mystery vacation....we didn't know where we were going until we opened the envelope at the airport! Our first view of the hotel was the first we had ever heard of it so we really didn't know what to expect. It was a charming, contemporary hotel. When we entered, the lobby was very full. The staff was trying to deal with multiple weddings and bachelorette parties. Even so, it didn't take long to get checked in. They were efficient and friendly. Our room had a view of the pool, but I didn't hear any noise. We only heard noise from the hallway once or twice. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was VERY comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were no vending machines on the property. You could purchase soft drinks or beer at the reception desk. Water bottles were free there, but one night they had run out. Excellent staff member: Sid was cleaning a nearby room and helped us with towels. She was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations. The location was very good. Very close to the Pirates House Restaurant and the walk along the river. It was a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants and bars of the historic district, but not right in the heat of things. There were a LOT of dogs staying at the hotel with their owners. We were barked at numerous times while walking down the hallways. Even so, our room was clean and free from any kind of smells. I would go back to this hotel.

I have wanted to visit Savannah for years and finally had the opportunity to visit in April 2021. I chose this hotel based on reviews here on Trip Advisor. It did not disappoint! The neighborhood it's located in is absolutely delightful and quaint. Check in was smooth and our bell services and valet persons were personable and friendly. The lobby is both quirky and chic. The room was large and nicely appointed. The bed was a four post bed with really nice sheets and a comfy mattress. I kind of want one in my own bedroom. A mirrored armoire served as a closet, which I liked; ample dresser space and work space with good lighting. The bathroom had a great long mirror and counter, made it really easy for two people to set up all their toiletries. Shower was fine. Grounds were really pretty with a courtyard and pool, flowers, lots of tables and chairs. Afternoon happy hour with signature cocktail and wine to choose from. Also water bottles. Across the street from the Pirate House restaurant, which had the best biscuits I have ever eaten in my life. I would happily come back to this hotel, and recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.

This hotel has potential. It is an an assembly of several old buildings centered around a graceful brick paved courtyard with a small pool, patio and grassy lawn flanked by two 1920 style bathhouses in the back. The staff are very nice and the concierge is excellent and hardworking. But it is not well maintained. The big shade umbrellas in the courtyard are dirty and appear mildewed. The walls and doors are chipped and scratched; they need a good paint job. Perhaps the time of year we visited influenced my review, but with the extreme southern heat and humidity, the air conditioning and poor insulation, the old windows were more oftened than not fogged with condensation and our room felt cold and clammy. The sheets were moist to the touch, the beds uncomfortable. Room lighting was poor and dated, with very few outlets for recharging electronics. There was only one heavy set of curtains against the windows (no light emitting set), so we either had no privacy and light or a dark dimly lit room. Depressing. At night the courtyard had no lighting to welcome guests to sit outside, just some backlighting in the plantings--lights were strung in the crepe myrtle but never turned on. The pool was clean, albeit crowded due to the heat. The fitness center, in one of the bathhouses, consisted of 3 machines and a small kettleball set. And now, due to hotel chain policy, no housekeeping. The place needs a facelift, otherwise it will only be fit for the dogs that are welcomed here.
