Worst than awful Dirty dirty dirty, couldn't move rooms Daily cleaning always after 4 pm if it even occurred, stayed 5 nights and bed sheets never changed once The couch was broken and stained, dirty and the TV was broken... the engineer kept trying to resolve it but we were only there for 5 nights Breakfast couldn't be ordered for Room service since the restaurant was closed Awful experience and No manager
Food was delicious! We had Grouper and Chicken Marsala. Great wine selection and the Service from Taylor and the rest of the staff was outstanding! It's a very friendly atmosphere with Southern charm!
I do not usually write reviews, only when I have exceptionally good or bad experiences. Unfortunately, our experience (room with 2 queens as we were traveling with our teenage daughter) staying at this hotel for 3 nights was unusually bad. The front desk person (Natasha) was probably the most dismissive and rude person I have ever encountered in a hotel (I would qualify her behavior as harassment). But it was all of the details: an actual dirty room, offering water bottles to purchase in the room but no bottle opener, no extra blankets (although being told to be brought one all day long until we finally learned at 10pm that there were “no extra blankets in the house”), no signs for the doors indicating guest wanting the room to be made up or wanting to not be disturbed, house cleaning changed towels but otherwise did not make up the room/beds, no room service (while there is a button for it on the phone, yet when we called, someone picked up and said “I do not think they are currently offering room service”), hair dryer broken, bathroom door so rusty that it made a terribly loud noise every time when used, and generally, when we asked for anything (morning coffee when pot was empty) we were clearly a total bother to the staff. ETC. So, no thank you; this is for sure our last time at this hotel and frankly ruined trying any other Kimpton. And I would categorize us as pretty normal, even easy-going people who happened to have a question and a couple of wishes. …
Jasmine at the front desk of The Kimpton Brice hotel is a total asset to this business. We arrived to find booking.com had mixed up our reservation. Jasmine worked tirelessly with us to correct the issue (which booking.com was not quick about correcting). I watched Jasmine juggle answering phones, assisting guests and all while helping us. She maintained an exceptional level of professionalism and patience. Jasmine provided an EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Thank you Jasmine and I hope the Kimpton Brice knows how valuable you are!!! I should also mention the hotel is in a wonderful location, close to river walk, shops, restaurants. The lobby smells amazing as do hallways and rooms. The restaurant and bar had great food and beverage options and wonderful service even though they were crowded. The rooms were nice, clean and the shower was fantastic. We will be staying here again and referring to people for both business and leisure travel! …
Loved our stay! The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were great with our dog. Had a great room and Adeina at the front desk was awesome. Look forward to our next visit there and we got married at Forsyth Park so we come a lot!!!
Everything was wonderful!!! This was our second stay with the Kimpton. Staff always goes above and beyond. The bed and sheet are lovely. Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We will be back! Thank you for a great time.
Adana was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the beds were nice and soft! Extremely knowledgeable about what was happening around the area and will tell you where you need to go.
Hotel stay was excellent! Jazmyn at the front desk was amazing, all staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful! Great location, room was nice! I was nervous after reading some reviews but can say my stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
We just came for breakfast & Irish Coffees, Lisa, the outlet manager assisted us at the bar. All the staff in the bar restaurant area were so nice & friendly. Great place to grab a bite and a drink!
Horrible experience..read the reviews..I wish I had. Paid for a suite for 4 nites and after not sleeping for 2 we left. Paper thin walls- heard every car. Hotel remodeling and in disarray. Ate at the bar, the server went to pet one of the many, many dogs in the lobby and then served our food- no hand washing.. should be a pet hotel
