Absolutely loved this hotel! Being an old and possibly haunted building, it has so much character. The location is great. You can walk everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is absolutely incredible. It was the perfect choice and we loved every minute of it

Hotel's Favorite
We have been going to Savannah for 20 years and at one point even lived in Savannah. With that, this was one of our best choices yet! Well maintained, beautiful architecture, amazing hotel staff and a great location! Even the Covid era breakfast was very nicely organized. If you get a chance book one of the balcony rooms. There's nothing better than sitting on the balcony and letting the worlds problems melt away while relaxing on one of the rocking chairs.

We love sharing our city with guests that truly appreciate it and it sounds like you did it right and made the most of your stay with us here at The Marshall House. Thank you for your kind notes about our breakfast, I will pass those on to our staff. We do hope that we can get you back down here soon for another great stay.

Romantic anniversary weekend in Savannah. We stayed at the Marshall House because it has the historic charm of some of the places you can find on VRBO, but it has more consistent customer service and great amenities. Location is fantastic. We had drinks and dessert in the hotel bar, walked to the river, walked to dinner, walked to shopping. Great spot for seeing Savannah on foot without wearing out!
