Worst hotel experience I've had over the weekend. We arrived at our check in time and was told that the hotel had been over booked by third parties, when I purchased directly from your website. I was told we could have two double beds, or a pull out couch. After about 15 minutes miraculously you found the room that I reserved. Once we got to our room and settled down for the night we noticed that the bedroom had floor debris all over it like it had not been vacuumed since the fall as it appeared to be mostly leaves, even an altoid box was laying in the corner. The bed was poorly made it appeared as if the pillows had just been thrown on the bed. The shower had hair in it. Outside our bedroom was a stick to move the blinds back and forth.Next time we're in Savannah I hesitate at choosing the Hyatt.

Picked this hotel because we thought Hyatt represented quality - very disappointing - the room was not clean - looked like only the bare minimum cleaning was ever done - wasn't vacuumed, shower needed re-caulking, mirrors dirty, bathroom vent was filthy, received towels with holes, bed wasn't properly made, trash not emptied. The Hyatt management needs to take a good look at this hotel - a disgrace to the Hyatt brand - lobby and public areas are nice - but room was a major disappointment.

I felt like I was an all exclusive resort!! From the Check in to the magnificent Hotel layout. Everyone was over the top giving me the most courteous, helpful and excellent Service. This Hotel resort provided me with all amenities and more. I requested, even with the Central air working "a fan" as it is a mental thing with a fan in my face for sleeping. The engineering department brought it up and said Ma'am, would you like me to check your air and I said it is fine. it is mental and he knew what I meant and said thank you. Each meal was showed great Culinary style from the Loaded Grits to even the Turkey Club. Even when I explained no fried foods as Fries is side to the turkey, she willingly gave me a Fruit cup. Lastly the Concierges were wonderful! Especially "Phil Starks" He worked wonders on Mothers day! When Uber wanted $126 one way to Tybee Island he found me a Taxi for way less than that for round trip. (Remember holiday time) The Hyatt is destination on the River street as it sits center stage and you have outside and inside relaxation area on either side up high to view all the tourist attractions. They have the best Customer Service ever!!! Thank you and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on my next visit to Savannah. Please note: My Corner room was the Cherry on top

We came for a quick trip but would stay here for a longer trip too! It was clean and the people were great. It’s location was perfect and an easy walk to all things Savannah. They enforced masks which was also great.

If you want a great view of the river and be centrally located, this is the hotel for you. We particularly enjoyed the overlook on the 4th floor. We spent hours out there enjoying the weather and the view. Hotel was very clean and provided us with an ample supply of hand sanitizers at each entry point as well as throughout the hotel.
