Not sure, I can't remember hearing the name of our room, which was underneath the large back verandah.

I believe all the rooms have combo bath and shower. Easiest way to find out is to call the B&B. Alfred is very helpful.

Yes, it is in the basement. The bed I believe is a queen, we slept comfortably in it, but maybe some would find it small.
