The service was exceptional!!!! Great location we parked the car and walked everywhere with ease! The staff greeted us every time we entered the building and we’re willing to help coordinate plans for us.

What a beautiful Inn, it's right on East Bay St. Across from all the shops and river Street. Great location! We parked and have walked to everything. The Inn is beautiful I can't say enough about the room we have a king corner suite on the 3 floor. WOW! It is a older building so that comes with all the charm creaky floors and beautiful 12 foot ceiling height. Will definitely stay here again!

Just returned from a nice stay at the East Bay Inn. My top criteria in searching for a hotel was health and safety standards and this hotel met my expectations. Everyone there, guests and staff, were wearing masks. My room was very clean. There were plenty of towels and toiletries so I did not require housekeeping to come into my room during my stay. It was in a beautiful, historic building that apparently dates back to 1852. The room I was in was actually pretty large. The exposed brick, old-style furnishings, cast iron pillars, and creaky wood floors made for a unique experience (but I didn't see any ghosts!). The bed was extremely comfortable. I got a great night's sleep. The bathroom was small, but the shower was hot and the water pressure was perfect. The hotel was also thoughtful enough to provide complimentary bottles of water in the room and at the front desk. Another plus is that the hotel has its own small parking lot. We arrived around 8pm on a week night and were lucky enough to get the next to last spot but I think if it had been full, there were plenty of garages nearby. The location was great. We just left the car in the lot and were able to walk the entire historic district and river area. I think the only thing that would have made our stay even better is if there was a balcony (FYI the windows, like most hotels, don't open either). I would not hesitate at all to recommend this historic inn.

I am a frontline worker and desperately needed a break. I chose East Bay due to the pet friendly accommodations and what I remembered from passing the hotel on the street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
