The Residence inn was clean and unique. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is historic yet modern at the same time. Delicious free breakfast! Great for families as well as independent travelers. Beautiful courtyard and pool! Highly recommended.

I chose this hotel because I recently got a dog and this is a pet friendly hotel. Had I been traveling without my pet, I would not have chosen this location. But my experience was satisfactory. The location is good but would be much better if it was on the otehr side of MLK which is a busy street dividing...

We checked in around 4pm and there was only 1 person at the front desk and 1 valet attendant. They were shuffling 10 things at a time. Valet $12/night. I didn't see any other Safe parking options. The hotel is downtown but about 1 mile from river street but closer to city market. We stayed in a cottage. These are...

Adorable little hotel. We stayed in the cottages and they were like a small apartment with two separate doors. I loved them. They had free happy hour beer and wine every evening and a very friendly staff. The location is pretty good as you are sort of in the middle of town but on the edge. If you want to...

On our recent trip to Savannah we stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in the Downtown/Historic District. A truly pet friendly hotel located within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The area around the hotel is peaceful and very pleasant. The property consists of the main building and several guest cottages. The architecture reminded me of beautiful row houses. The...

This is a safe neighborhood on the fringe of the historic district. The staff was so helpful not only answering questions but giving concise directions to area attractions. Gas station handy and pool was so clean and grills available.

This is a very nice hotel. They gave us a complete chalet, like an old house around the pool and we can get a dog with us. The service, housekeeping and staff are good and friendly. Walking distance to many sites in downtown.

We were only here for a night passing through, but it was a great experience! The staff were all extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and updated, the rooms were comfortable. This hotel has a great location but it is far below Marriott standards of a Category 6. We are loyal Marriott members and this is at best a Cat 3. There is no place to drop-off (except for a single car on a narrow sidewalk), no real front entrance, you are instantly blindsided with a $12 daily charge to park...
