A Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah If there is one thing that we know at Perry Lane Hotel, it’s Savannah - a city with deep roots and layers of nuance, whose charm and grace captivates everyone who steps onto her well-worn, cobblestone streets. It’s a city rife with history yet thrumming with energy, welcoming everyone in with a crooked smile and a glimmer in her eye. A unique study in contrasts, Savannah seems to embody two characters at once: an old soul with a modern outlook, and worldly elegance with a creative edge. These rivaling identities energize the city, resulting in a sense that magic is around each corner. Perry Lane Hotel captures this rare duality in our contemporary design and love for our historic city. We invite you to discover more about our visionary hotel that reveres Savannah's past, captures its present and champions its future.

The bad: When I first arrived there were no Valets to be found. It became very awkward as I wasn't sure if I should leave my vehicle or not. Then there was a car behind me that was trying to leave. I had to jump back in my vehicle to try a get out of their way. The roadway was very narrow and the whole thing became a hassle. Not the best way to start off our trip. We finally found a Valet who walked right past me. I guess I didn't look desperate enough. Anyhow I gave him our key and took care of us like any other hotel Valet. Been treated better at Arby's. Then there was the shower. It leaked a lot when taking a shower. Our bathroom floor was covered in water. Had to shower with towels covering the bottom of the shower window and door. We did this for a few days and it got out of control so decided to call the front desk.
The good: The manager called me the very next day to try and figure out a way to make sure I was happy and not forgotten (regarding the Valet service). She offered to buy us lunch, etc. I appreciated the call very much. The front desk sent a maintenance person to our room right away and the sealed off the opening at the bottom of the shower window. There was still a leak under the shower door but we appreciated the attempt.
The verdict. I still say it was a great hotel. No place is perfect. It was our 10 year anniversary so I really wanted everything to be perfect for my wife. The attempt to try and fix our issues was much appreciated. Would be happy to recommend Perry Lane Hotel to a friend.

Every staff member goes out of their way to deliver great service, from front desk, to valet, to housekeeping. Attention is paid to the smallest details, like coiling your cell phone’s power cord in the room.
Special call outs to the ladies at check in, Kevin and Jack at valet. Great work out facility for a boutique hotel too

The Perry Lane Luxury Collection is the epitome of southern luxury hospitality in the country’s most historically haunted city. This gorgeous property comes with everything from the most attentive staff to a rooftop pool. The rooms are quite spacious with double vanity sinks and the public spaces are stunning in every detail. Located right in the middle within walking distance of Forsyth Park, Riverstreet, the Savannah Bananas stadium, and downtown Savannah this hotel is the perfect choice for those wanting an escape but within walking distance of all the fun. A huge thanks to the amazing staff including Randy, Natalia, Jonathon, Bray, and Pops. Can’t wait to be back.

Amazing! The hotel is beautiful, elegant and well maintained. It's very unassuming, but once you enter your room, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Aside from the beautiful rooms, lovely staff ( shout out to Natalia and the gentleman who did my check in) the cleaning staff is amazing! I've never visited a property where the cleaning staff took such great care when cleaning the rooms. Everytime I returned to my room, not only was the room cleaned, beds perfectly made, but all of my stuff organized. I appreciate the extra effort and time!

We stayed at Perry Lane recently for our honeymoon, we had read all the reviews and we were not disappointed! Our room was spacious, comfortable and this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at where we didn’t hear any noise from any other room. Upon check in we were greeted warmly, and offered complimentary champagne. The amenities don’t stop there, free mimosas by the pool, free coffee in The Emporium and a free drink of the day at the Wayward bar in the hotel. We had read reviews that check in was slow, but we didn’t mind, the staff is very thorough. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we headed up to the roof top bar, The Peregrin. The Peregrin is beautiful and the bartender on staff that day was great! We learned his name was Tyler and it was his last day, but he made sure he gave us great service. We can’t wait to come back to Savannah and stay here again!

With "unlimited" refills on the Prosecco or Cava (white or rose) after your arrival or when you finish sightseeing, you definitely feel pampered as you sit outside at a bistro table to catch the last rays of sun or sit in the cozy sofas and chairs in the lobby lounge area. There is also a complimentary cocktail of the day in the evening. Other nice guest perks are the bottles of water, macaroons and pecans in your room, Wi-Fi, one free tea/coffee per day, bicycle use, courtesy transportation within 2 miles, and more. The location is excellent for the Historic District, and we could walk everywhere. Collins Quarter restaurant was just a few blocks away. The room was not out of the ordinary. It had a long couch, no desk or place to eat. The white and black bathroom was the star with the double basin sinks, large shower with a spray bar and stool, and full size Moulton Brown products that smelled good. $30 per bottle to take with you or you could ask at the front desks for a small size perhaps or buy it in the store. No coffee maker in the room. Hotel is composed of two buildings. Check-in desks, Emporium Kitchen and Wine Market restaurant (indoor dining only), and Bowerbird coffee shop in one building and across the driveway had more rooms and Peregrine rooftop bar and heated swimming pool; no hot tub. We were there in February, and there were no towels by the pool. At the Wayward bar, there was a small room with some video games (Mrs. Pac Man, etc.) and skee-ball!

We just returned from a 5 day stay at Perry Lane Hotel and, undoubtedly, its staff is its greatest asset. Every single employee was gracious, friendly and knowledgeable. We experienced a couple of issues that when brought to the attention of the front desk were handled immediately and appropriately. When leaving and returning to the hotel, we were always greeted by at least one and generally more staff and often they accompanied their greeting with an offer to do something for us.
The location of Perry Lane is perfect as it is within walking distance to many of the sites and in a quiet area of the city, which is just what we wanted. The house cars are a welcome benefit, especially at night to avoid walking in heels! The system to request the first come first serve cars is a well-oiled process.
Where to begin with the rooms…..the art was spectacular only to be exceeded by the comfort of the beds and luxurious bathroom and its products. The layout of the room and the bathroom was well-thought out and extremely comfortable. The bath products were absolutely delightful!
The ever present champagne and water bottles were a lovely touch and we took advantage quite often!
You cannot go wrong by staying at Perry Lane Hotel and we will happily stay here on any return visits to Savannah!

I rarely like staying at a hotel and most often, we rent a large house. However, this was a trip to meet up with family in the city and we had no choice but to book a place nearby. I researched for WEEKs. I have a history of checking out early if it's too noisy, not clean enough, etc. I called multiple times prior to our stay to request things /room requests. We were renting two rooms.
The staff was always above and beyond helpful on the phone. The staff continued their top notch service during our stay. And they were SO sweet to our three young children. In fact, their treasure chest of toys was a real hit for us all. The marble run kept them busy for days. They were also offered popsicles and ice cream sandwiches during our time on the rooftop pool.
The room service was fast and arrived hot. It was a bit pricey and probably not the highlight, but a definite plus to have an option to dine in-room with kids in tow. Again, the nicest people delivered our food and made small talk about places we should visit next.
The concierge was really helpful and even suggested we dine at an alternate location from our extended family when we told her where we were headed for dinner. We ended up at starland yard instead and it was perfect for us all.
The location of the hotel is ideal and close to forsyth park. It felt a littler safer than some of the other areas we strolled...
The fact that our rooms were quiet and we all got rest when we needed it was the biggest plus of all. And they provided a microwave and refrigerator so that I could store milk for our youngest kids. All of the requests I made on the phone were met and that is always appreciated after a long trip!
The only con, and its not something important to me, but I'll note that the room seemed a bit worn and could use an update (and an in-room coffee machine)!
Lovely stay!

Perry Lane is located right in the middle of the historic district of Savannah, which is great for walking. The rooms are well appointed and the bed was quite comfortable. Unlike some parts of Savannah, the area is very quiet. We were traveling with our dog and were quite pleased to receive a bag of doggie treats and a bandana; nice to get at least something in exchange for the pet fee. We ordered room service the first night because it was too cold to eat outside. We were amazed at the creativity and quality of chef Miguel Bautista; go for a side order of the squash if it is still on the menu. Had two great breakfasts as well. We also loved the rooftop bar Peregrin. Most importantly, the staff are all very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Savannah.

The Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah is hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at! From the moment we checked in, Grace made us feel incredibly welcome with her outstanding and personable service. The attention to detail in the artwork throughout the building adds a unique and artistic flair to the entire experience.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable—everything you could ask for in a luxurious stay. The rooftop area was a highlight, with its vibrant vibe, featuring yellow and white striped umbrellas and chic furniture. The pool looked amazing, and we only wish we had time to take a swim!
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Savannah, making it easy to find the historic sites throughout the city. We also made great use of the car service for our dinner reservations, and Cam, our driver, was fantastic—offering local tips for breakfast and lunch that were spot on.
Special shoutout to Brayh from valet, who was not only efficient but also engaging and genuinely added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.
If you're planning a visit to Savannah, don't miss out on the Perry Lane Hotel. It's an experience that truly stands out!
