WOW. is all I can say. people just don't act like this anymore! they called ME back to tell me that our rooms were ready, even though we only had less than an hour to check in time (but they knew we had just arrived via boat and were ready for our rooms!). Staff was beyond friendly and even had courtesy cokes in the lobby and one and cheese at 5:30...and Klondikes in every room- what???? this place is awesome and everyone on our trip was just blown away by this hotel and how nice it was and how friendly everyone was
I stayed here with my boxer dog based on reviews and location. I typically stay at another brand name but this hotel had such rave reviews I decided to give it a go and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was huge with a separate living room then kitchen with microwave, keurig coffee maker, full size fridge/freezer and sink so it’s extremely convenient, bathroom then beyond that is the bedroom. In-room safe and Klondike bars in your freezer. Complimentary unlimited bottled water and soft drinks throughout the day as well as a happy hour with wine and snacks in the evening. Your dog also gets an amenity gift bag. Parking is at the hotel with in/out privileges as often as you wish. The staff, every single member of the hotel staff was engaging and so helpful. I can’t say enough good about them. I will say the only down side is you can hear the people above you walking at times or doors closing to the outside but keep in mind, this is a historic building so it’s not all concrete. Great place great stay …
Best experience ever! The staff makes Olde Harbour Inn an experience for all ages. Everyone made my young daughter feel so special! The room was awesome, clean and comfy. Super close to good eats and sights
We had a beautiful experience at Olde Harbour Inn…. Fur baby too. From the beginning of our stay everyone was very welcoming, hospitable and friendly. We jad a three room suite that exceeded all our expectations; clean, spacious, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Our living room had views to riverfront. Everyone was hospitable from nice lady at front desk to William. Happy hour every evening at 5:30 was good. Highly recommend.
We loved the charm and history of this hotel. It was built in the late 1800's and was originally used as a warehouse right along the riverfront. Our room/suite included separate living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. It was much larger than we expected. The kitchen has a Keurig as well as a full size refrigerator. We had a view of the river from the bedroom window. They offer wine and cheese every afternoon as well as ice cream bars. And there is a cooler in the front office with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, too. Easy walking distance to both the river and the historic downtown area.
