The house is wonderful! It has charm, character, and plenty of amenities (kitchen, multiple bedrooms). A group of us came to Savannah for the Rock n' Roll half marathon and this place was perfect for the race. We had such a great time in Savannah and having a hotel so close to the finish line made the trip even better.... More

We stayed at the Whitaker-Huntingdon Inn for my Bachelorette weekend in Savannah. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bill, the owner, went above and beyond to help us carry our bags in and show us around the place. He even suggested several things to do and places to eat while we were there. I have never had... Went on a girlfriends bucket list trip to Savannah and stayed at the Whitacker-Huntingdpn Inn near Forsythe Park. The Inn was very clean and had everything we could want. Our host Bill and Debbie were wonderful and made sure our vacation was memorable. Great location since we did not rent a car and walked everywhere we wanted to be. I... More

We stayed at the W-H inn Oct 8th, 9th, which was the Sun and Mon after Hurricane Matthew 'hit' Savannah Fri-Sat. Bill, the owner went above and beyond to help us out in a myriad of ways; he called us en route to Savannah to tell us we could not get into Savannah until 5PM or after, he informed us... More

Jean, Debbie and I enjoyed you and your daughter's stay. I was glad to try to give you and your daughter an overview and walk through the Historic District since all tours were and most of the other businesses were closed for four or five days after the storm. Wish you could have taken our offer and stayed an extra... More

It was clean, comfortable and very beautiful. The owners Debbie and Bill were very hospitable. The electricity went out the 1st night we were there and Bill stayed up until we got back so that he could give us flash lights and a lantern to use. I would really love to go back and stay again.

We stayed at the Whitaker-Huntingdon Inn over the Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Bill and Debbie are some of the sweetest people ever! Bill was waiting for us on the curb as we drove up to the inn. Our room was located in the back and was perfect for our family. It was well stocked and very... More

I stayed at this Inn April 18-22. I can not say enough about Bill and Debbie. They are great hosts. Bill and Debbie made me feel welcome and at home. A girlfriend stayed at this Inn some years ago when the Inn was a " Bed and Breakfast." It's no longer that. However, you can cook whatever you want in the... More

My daughters and I recently spent a weekend at the Whitaker-Huntingdon Inn. We had a wonderful time, in great part due to the lovely accommodations. Our rooms were clean, with plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable - in tune with the age of the home and area. The inn is in a beautiful area... More

Bill and Debbie are the best! We spent seven days in Savannah and visited many historical homes, museums and art museums/galleries. We stayed at 103 Huntingdon. The 'apartment' was a perfect fit for us! The Inn is across the street from Forsythe Park. I walked out the door and I could see the beautiful Fountain. The bed was very comfortable,... More

“Taylor- Dunn Suite was downstairs with direct entrance/exit to the street. Three steps to get inside unit. Rooms are nicely spaced apart in this unit for privacy. Plenty of space in each bed and bath. Kitchen is perfect for large or small meals alike. Sofa and chairs were comfortable.”

“The separate apartment is off the main concourse and quiet. But the rooms in the main house are very historic and appointed in period furnishings with lots of atmosphere. The front room 2nd floor is the most authentic. You can't go wrong with any one of the B&B rooms.”
