So much space in their rooms! Great for family and a friendly gathering. Experienced the complimentary happy hour and snacks at the bar and it was incredible. Stayed in one of the largest rooms available in the city which makes for a very comfortable stay!

This hotel is perfect. Great location, right in the city, and not too far from anything. Clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast tasted very good and complimentary drinks during happy hour was relaxing. Staff was pretty nice. Can be a little pricy, so look out for a deal. Tip: Park in the garage next to hotel. Much cheaper...

The hotel is in the heart of the city and has a historic vibe. The customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food was also good especially the lemon pepper wings.

I had money stolen from my room. There is no safe in the room. The hotel's manager then mis-quoted me in en email in an obvious attempt to deflect liability. Its just been so long since stayed in a hotel without a room safe, I didn't know the front desk had one. $1000 and a set of noise canceling headphones...

I was very happy with the suite. It was 2 bed, 2 bath suite that had a separate living area and large dinning area. I wish I had stayed with my family. One thing that bother me was the absence of silverware from the suite.

We stay at embassy suites for the SOT meeting this year. We had amazing experience at this hotel. The free breakfast was delicious, and they also offer free happy hour. Free drinks and appetizers from 5-7:30. The rooms are big and well clean, the staff was also very nice, polite and helpful.

The hotel was located conveniently to a show we were attending. Fortunately, they offer digital room key so we were able to bypass the line upon check in. Also, I was glad I looked around before arrival because according to the website, self-parking is not available and valet is $34.00 per night. We parked in the garage adjacent to the...

I can't even tell if this hotel was bad or not, because they cancelled my reservation! I tried to rebook but the prices were MUCH higher now! I'm working w/ Hilton to fix this but my vacation was ruined and Hilton should be ashamed for ruining what I planned months ago! >:(

I just spent the night here for business for the first time. My review is very mixed. I will start with the pro's: very unique architecture in meeting rooms, nice spacious rooms, friendly and courteous front desk staff and front door gentleman. Okay now the cons: front desk check in. They only had 2 people working knowing our group of...
