It's a standard Renaissance. Room is great and the hotel location is fantastic for tourism. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me was superb--I was taken aback by how courteous he was. I had a harbor view room. My only issue with the property was the noise. I could hear everything that happened in the hall outside my...

I loved the room itself but my view looked into the mall. However, I actually enjoyed having the mall right next door. I wanted to put another layer on as I ventured through Baltimore and Forever21 was right downstairs. I ate the Crab Chowder at the 5th floor restaurant/bar and it was delicious! Hotel is right next to the harbor,...

First of all this hotel has a great location as it right across the street from the inner harbor tourist area. A CVS and a Barnes and Noble are within walking distance. This hotel is huge! Long walks from the only bank of elevators in the hotel. Even 9 floors up It was quite noisy with the various and sundry...

Hello and thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that you were pleased with our location, within walking distance to all of the attractions, shops and restaurants. Glad you enjoyed the view from your guestroom and large TV as well. If you return in the future, ask for a room closer to the elevators. The front desk...

The location is everything The Inner Harbor is right across the street. Phillips seafood and Chipotle, Five guys, Cheesecake Factory are all across the street as well ChickfilA is next door. And the best part is that this hotel is connected to a nice mini mall that has Forever 21, Childrens Place, Payless, kids gap, Victoria secret and bath and...

We stayed for New year's event very nice place. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was excellent, great bartender. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The only complaint we would have was that it was a long walk from the elevator.

It is my first time coming to Baltimore. I came for a friends event. The hotel is beautiful, staff was friendly. The bellmen was very helpful. I love the fact you have everything right there. I was there for a mini girl's trip mid week during the holidays. We had prompt, friendly service from check in until we left. While there we ate at the restaurant for a buffet breakfast and also a late dinner. The restaurant overlooks the harbor. Both times the food and service was very good. We also used the pool which...

We stayed in a harbour view club level room for 2 week days prior to joining a cruise. The club room was closed the entire stay - note this was not a weekend. In fact upon check in we were told that although we had booked a club level room we were not entitled to use it, but could go...

Hello and thank you for your review. I do apologize for the club lounge being closed. On the rare occasion that the lounge is closed we provide breakfast, appetizer and drink coupons that can be used in our restaurant. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience. We will certainly check the volume of the music in the lobby. I am glad...

The weekend stay was exceptional. Staff was courteous and very helpful from the front desk to bell hop and the room service. Room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner and drinks in the restaurant, food was delicious and great friendly service. Starbucks on the ground floor was nice.Would definitely book a stay again next year.

Stayed here for NYE 2017. Experience was VERY disappointing and not up to the Marriott standard I am accustomed to. 9th Floor Harborview room (#9012) had great views of the fireworks, however, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room was subpar for the $400/night (plus taxes and fees) my husband and I spent for an enjoyable evening. This was a...
