Where we usually stay when we visit Baltimore was booked so we tried the Renaissance. There were several pluses and minuses from our stay. The location was definitely a plus. When staying here you are right across from the Inner Harbor. We had a great view of the harbor from our room which was awesome (binoculars were even in the...

Way to noisy at night. Walls are paper thin. Got no sleep. Sounded like constant construction with hammering and banging within the walls. Great location and restaurants near by but I definitely will not stay again.

Hello and thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that you were pleased with our great location within walking distance to the inner harbor restaurants and shops. I do apologize for the noise disturbance. This was construction from the attached office tower that we were not made aware of. This has since been addressed with the office...

The location of the hotel is great - so central and there's a Shake Shack next door (the veggie burger is a fav of mine). The concierge was really helpful and kind. The pool was amazing - had it to myself! The hot tub was a touch of luxury, loved the Aveda toiletries and the room itself was comfortable. Would...

The hotel was nice with comfortable clean rooms. We paid extra for a room with a view of the harbor and it was spectacular. Unfortunately there is not much going on in Baltimore in the winter. Many of the shops along the harbor were closed for renovation and the mall connected to the hotel was not fully occupied although was...

The hotel is in a great location directly opposite the USS Constellation. It possibly doesn't get more Baltimore rooted than that. The staff were helpful and friendly and possibly because the room was part of a block reservation for a convention not the best located. The hotel has a square footprint. the rooms along all four sides with an inner...

Hello and thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that you were pleased with our location, directly across from the Inner Harbor. We do have some rooms that are a distance from the elevators. Our front desk will be happy to provide a room closer upon request if desired. I am sorry for the noise from the...

Excellent hotel that needs a little work in some areas but is more than offset by stunning employees with a great attitude for the Customer. I will definitely be back. Stunning location downtown, on the water with a fine view of the USS Constellation, and the inner Harbor. Well laid out like most modern hotels, able to use their extensive...

Excellent Hotel at good location. There are good restaurants in the hotel and nearby. There is also a good bar at the hotel. Parking is convenient. Walkable distance to many places in nearby downtown.

Rooms and Concierge Lounge were very nice ! Housekeeping was great too ! Parking in property right under/beside was very convenient. There are many Marriott properties to choose from in Baltimore and at this point I have stayed in most all of them. This was as good as any with a very convenient location.

We have our annual event at this location with 400+ people coming. The service and food is always amazing. The rooms are great and just what is needed after a long day. The location is so close to so many things that a car has never been needed. We can walk where ever we want and have so many options.

The hotel is nice enough. Clean rooms comfy beds. I am here now for a dance comp with hundreds of girls and moms. I guess no one told them we were coming? Possibly the worst service ever at the bar tables for some food and at the restaurant last night. Took forever to get anything. Not enough staff to say...
