In town for a business meeting and booked this hotel based on others' reviews. Self parking was very easy and valet parking is also available for a slightly higher price. The check in process was fast and friendly. As a rewards member I was able to get a complentary upgrade to an Inner Harbor facing room. A spectacular view! The... More

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for business purposes between August and November 2016. From the amazing front desk and door/bell staff to the excellent housekeeping staff and finally the very professional security officers our stays the last few months at this hotel have been nothing short of amazing. Karl in particular, Front Office Manager, is extremely... More

I booked a number of rooms for a corporate event, I have used this facility for the same purpose in the past. Our plans changed months in advance, we notified the hotel and they advised they would resell the rooms. Then when the event time passed they billed me for over 20,000. They claim they were not "full" for the... More

Nice rooms, friendly staff, restaurant, Starbucks and just a really nice hotel. Shopping and the harbor all within walking distance. Wish I was staying more than one night as i would of like to explore more of what the area has to offer.

We loved the Renaissance Hotel in Baltimore! our room was beautiful and the people there were so nice. There were caramel bulls eyes at the front desk and they were delicious. the rooms were nice, although our room looked out Onto the street and we did hear sirens during the night. the location was ideal as it was attached to... First the good: Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was nice, typical Marriott experience. Nothing 5-star by any means, but for an urban hotel it sufficed. Now the less than stellar Marriott experience: 1) It seems they couldn't understand that our stay was 4 days; they kept insisting on checking us out. Two times I had to "re-check"... More

It's been many years since my wife and I were last at the Harborplace, and now that we've have been back we both agreed that it's been far too long. The expansive view of the Inner Harbor from the upper floor rooms is amazing. The hotel itself is very comfortable and relaxed with eye toward luxury. Throughout our visit I... More

I was unhappy when I walked into the bathroom and found the tub shower curtain dirty with what appeared to be vomit. The sheets were dirty. The cleaning staff needs improvement, Also I did not feel safe being harassed for money and cigarettes in the front of the Hotel. On top of that I got charged about $13 a day... More

Any time I go to Baltimore I stay here. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The amenities are excellent and it is in the heart of where all the Inner Harbor action is. The hotel staff is very accommodating. This trip I lost my parking pass, they issued me a new one with no questions asked.

Hello and thank you for your review. I do apologize for the issue with your guestroom key. My apologies also for your disappointment with the parking fee.
