The Lord Baltimore is a beautiful historic hotel. The staff was knowledgeable, quick to help, personable, filled multiple roles, fun, and worked diligently to make sure we were accommodated in every way possible. Our reunion was postponed for two years and they locked us in at the original price. Exceptional staff to see to our needs.
I stayed with a group for work purposes at the Lord Baltimore. Upon arrival, the front desk agents were very kind. The manager, Lee Johnson-Lowe, was extremely welcoming. He remembered faces as he walked through the halls or restaurant specifically asking how my day went at my conference. I immediately felt very safe. I would indeed stay there again! Hopefully the actual city of Baltimore will improve the homeless problem. Inside of the Lord Baltimore I felt very safe and warmly welcomed. I felt the staff genuinely enjoyed my visit.
On September 24th, National Ghost Hunting Day, my team an I stayed at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and overall one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. We were allowed access to 5 location within the hotel to take guests on little ghost hunt in honor of National Ghost Hunting day and as part of the World's Largest Ghost Hunt. All proceeds of which were donated to charity. We all had a lot of fun attempting to commune with the spirits of the hotel's tragic past. I would like to note that we found nothing malicious or evil, just lost spirits looking for help and to talk. We even had a guest show up dressed as a Ghostbuster. That made the night even more entertaining. We will absolutely be back to stay at the Lord Baltimore.…
Stayed here for a school reunion. Loved the feel of this historic restored hotel. There are good event facilities such as a ballroom and theatre. Light meals are available in a cafe at street level. No large restaurant, though we had a catered banquet in the ballroom. Location is excellent and within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Walters Art Museum, and the ballpark. I give it 5 stars for the 3-star hotel it is.
Stayed here for 3 nights to attend Ravens game, hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Zina Front Desk Manager and all the staff at LB's where the food was fantastic. Great weekend.
Had a good time staying at this hotel. Very obviously old at certain parts of the hotel, but our hotel was clean and what we needed. Close to a plethora of restaurants and Camden Yards! Would recommend!
We had a group of about 50 people attend a conference at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. Their friendly nature, quick responses, and professionalism made the weekend a huge success!
The staff is very attentive and helpful. Great experience with all team members. The BLT and mimosas were delicious! Love the history of the building. Every staff member greeted us- every time. Not something you find everywhere.
We were with the military reunion USS VESOLE and our entire group stayed here, everyone was friendly and security was outstanding . The rooms are spacious and clean. The banquet hall was perfect size. The restaurant had a nice menu and great food. . Easy to get around and close to wharf.
We were taking in our first ever game at Camden Yards and the hotel was a convenient location for that, also for a quick visit to the Inner Harbor. Our room was large with comfortable beds. The real asset of this property is the staff, who were friendly, helpful and just all around delightful.
