I arrived at Lord Baltimore Hotel after my flight was delayed. It was midnight and I was exhausted. I had prepaid for my room and they told me they overbooked so they gave my room away. Horrible hotel. They sent me to walk to another downgraded hotel 2 blocks away to stay there. Unreal.

Great downtown location with friendly and professional employees. Pleasantly surprised at tasty breakfast at the LB bakery one morning for breakfast. Late checkout available and storage for luggage also.

We had a wedding at the LBH this past weekend, and at least a couple dozen of our guests stayed at the hotel (as did the bride and groom and our daughter). We heard over and over again how much they enjoyed the hotel, and many told us of special courtesies they received from the very pleasant front desk staff, the valets, and the bellman. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Our guests also enjoyed being within walking distance of so many Baltimore attractions (Camden Yards, the Aquarium/Inner Harbor, the science center, etc.). We had several breakfasts at the hotel's bakery, and enjoyed the food and service. We will recommend the LBH to all our out of town guests.

Words cannot express just how bad my experience was at the Lord Baltimore, thaning for the bartender, valet and security staff for being so accomodating... They actually saved the day. However, the front desk and staff as a whole, WEIRD... The energy at that hotel is eerie and unfathomable. When I asked why was every one so unhappy, from multiple staff, after working there, they have become "conditioned". I spent most of my time in the lobby because the room was just that uncomfortable and did not appear sanitized.. The air conditioner did not work and the large blood or rust stain in the tub did not make it any better,,
