Where do I start?! Our room had no a/c. Heat came out instead. They had two towels available when there is a family of 4! We called and Eric told us to come down to the desk to get two towels! We are on the 21st floor! His way to help was to send an engineer up to open a window?? We booked two nights and are staying 1! I want my money back!! Don’t stay here!
THANKS SO MUCH TO THE HOTEL AMBASSADOR AT THE RADISSON HOTEL IN BALTIMORE !! She was so lovely and sweet , had the best positive attitude and was so polite , she was hilarious as well I love that lady so much !!
To Whom It May Concern I was a customer of the Radisson Hotel in Baltimore. I met a woman last night. She told me she is the ambassador of the hotel. She was cleaning because a nasty person spit in front of the hotel. I just wanted to say she is such a nice person. We had a short conversation. She made me feel comfortable. I just wanted to say thank you to her because I didn't get her name. They also upgraded my room. Room 1715
I have to admit that I haven’t stayed at a Radisson in a long time, but I can say it will not be soon again. This hotel was really creepy. Everything was dated. Why are so many of the windows missing— that’s weird, right? Plus the frayed curtains and broken toilet seat. Also, why were all the towels labeled Holiday Inn? The kicker was the dirty elevators— plus the syringe!!! Will not be staying at a Radisson anytime too soon!!
My husband and I came to Baltimore for our 6 year anniversary. The room we got wasn’t great (dirty), but we were going to make the most of it. We ran into Omiora on the elevator and she asked how our experience was. We were honest, but didn’t complain. She made sure we were taken care of within 20 minutes, got our room changed and upgraded and made sure to follow up to see if we were okay. She made our stay unforgettable!
