My husband and I had the best experience at the Hyatt. Lia and Christ in particular were excellent in making sure we were completely satisfied with our stay. They went above and beyond to fill our needs.

Me and some friends decided to spend a Girls Mothers Day weekend at a Baltimore Harbor Hotel . However I was selected to pick a Hotel we would stay in . Why me!!!. I've passed this Hotel so many times and found the exterior amazing, So I decided to choose the Hyatt Hotel. The moment we stepped into the Hotel I thought we were the only guest in the Hotel. It was like a ghost town . Everything was closed , but that was to be expected due to Covid. The Host at the front desk was very welcoming and attentive.. We received a early check in as requested and headed to our King Suite on the 9th floor. The moment we got off the elevator we were not pleased. There were carpet stains in the hall . My thought was " I hope I did not make a mistake choosing this Hotel" . Well the moment we open the door to our room . We pointing things out . Lamp Shade hanging off the lamp. No towel bar to hang the towels in the bathroom . Living area had a large empty wall that looked like a TV was removed . No bottle water. We thought what the hell. We'll make the best of it . We went out to dinner (Phillips Seafood Restaurant) and had a wonderful time . If you happen to go there you have to try the Seafood Trio. When returned to our room , We were exhausted so we decided to turn in . I let my friends have the bed and I take the pull out sofa . OMG!!! the sofa felt like I was sleeping on the springs alone . I had to request for more comforters and blankets hoping to make the so called mattress more comfortable but that didn't help... I did not get sleep at all. I'm going to end my review with this. .... Check out is at 11am . We check out at 8am in our PJ's.

Amazingly off the chart customer service from the moment we stepped out of the car. We have never been treated this well at any hotel! It was so refreshing and those good vibes just elevated our happiness factor 😊 throughout our time at Inner Harbor. Leah was so friendly and cheerful at checking us in and throughout our stay. Shala gave us such good customer service when we inquired about thing. EVERYONE there was amazing, im sorry I didn't get everyone's name!! If every person treated others the way they treated us, the world would be such a different and amazingly better place! Thank you so much! We will be back!

I wanted to treat my husband to some alone time. The room was great, but I wish I got the harbor view (we had the city view). Everything was closed, which was to be expected. The hotel was fine, I chose the wrong time to come.
