We took a three day trip to the Baltimore Inner Harbor. We checked into the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. From the second we pulled up to the property we were met by fantastic employees. The first to greet us was the Bell Captain by the front door. He immediately greeted us and made sure we knew exactly where to go. He...

Nice location across from the Inner Harbor. Lots to do within walking distance. Great views from the glass elevator as well. Was there for a convention so the meeting space was also very nice. We had a reception in the Pisces room on the 15th floor and the views were wonderful, enhancing the reception.

Great experience overall. It's conveniently located near the Baltimore convention center, Inner Harbor, restaurants and shopping. Baltimore is a good place to hold a convention and this hotel is a good place to stay if you're attending a convention at the Baltimore Convention Center. I really appreciated the luggage service. I had to check out at noon but my flight...

The staff was so willing to accommodate all my requests. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom actually had a good shower - liked that it could be hand held. Good AC. They have white noise machines which really help with sleeping in a city.

Your experience depends on your room. We had a badly insulated room that was permanently VERY cold and humid (it was winter). The restaurant's food quality was great with a very good price/quality and with very friendly and efficient personel.

I recently stayed here on business and I found the hotel staff to be so helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the diamond club lounge! J in the club lounge was fun and so attentive! The hotel is located in the middle of the inner harbor and if you want to go for a walk to get something...
