Took our family of four to see the aquarium and have a relaxing time in the city. One of the few places that still had a pool that could be used. Kasandra was very helpful in helping us get checked in quickly. She also was helpful in knowing two facts about their COVID regulations. 1. Only 16 people can be allowed in pool area and hours go from 10-4. Must sign up on weekends with 50 min time slots. Only the market is open for breakfast and everything is take-out style. No freshly made meals, but can warm up bread products, sandwiches, and omelettes. We booked through Hyatt website and added parking and breakfast option. Otherwise parking is $30 and there is no valet. This hotel is super convenient to everything in the Inner Harbor but all shopping and restaurant hours are very limited so call before showing up.

Hotel was clearly following Covid guidelines. Check-in staff were friendly and very helpful, Rooms were clean and nice. There are not too many options to drink and eat at hotel all bars are closed. The area has lots of dining & drinking options to chose from. Pool has 50 minute time slots so reserve once you check in. We will be back to try the hotel when the dining and bar options are fully operational.

Drove over 8 hours when got caught up in a storm influence by Hurricane Laura. We arrived late night, self parked, and check in. The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice comfy bed. The next morning Kassandra check us out with a warm greeting, took an extra measure to make sure we knew how to exit the parking garage and reminded us of our breakfast credit (I forgotten I paid parking up front and had a breakfast credit of $30). Though it was a small gesture to remind us it made a huge difference in how we'd start the day.

Wonderful stay! Staff was excellent and very friendly as they gave us suggestions on what to do while we were here. They waved our early check in fee (we called ahead) but parking was pricey as it was $30/day. Very convenient as the Harbor was right on the other side of the street. Beds were comfy and room was clean, the only complaint about the room was the AC could not keep up with the hot outdoor temps. Restaurants on the inside were closed but the market (Starbucks) was open until 1pm each day and had a wide variety there (medicine, coffee, snacks etc.). Pool was small and had a capacity of 16 total due to COVID, was a little dirty and not temperature controlled but had a great view of the Harbor. The only other big complaint we have was that the halls smelled like weed due to the other folks on those floors. Hotel is located in a generally safe area as it was in walking distance to your typical touristy places.
