The staff at Sonesta were wonderful. Michelle at the front desk was so informative, polite, sweet and made our stay that much more wonderful! James the valet for parking was fantastic. Never had to wait for the car and again very polite and friendly. The room as well as the hotel were extremely clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee shop convenient and clean. All around wonderful place to stay and I highly recommended the Sonesta at the Inner Harbor and many of their other locations. Sincerely- Frank

Stayed here 4 nights while in town for a conference at the Convention Center. Nice size room with refrigerator and safe. Good wifi -- free when you join their rewards program. Easy walk to convention center. Located directly across the street from Inner Harbor and visitor center. Many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Note that self park is $30 per night. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us at Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore while attending a conference at the Baltimore Convention Center, which is located 3.5 blocks from the hotel. Our stylish, well-appointed guestrooms are the largest in our Inner Harbor neighborhood, and boast more than the expected amenities. Dirty Dingy hotel. 2.5 stars at best. The only thing it has going for it convenient location. I couldn’t wait to get heck out if this hotel and go home. Not the way one should feel on vacation. The room was not clean. The entire place needs a complete scrub. Absolutely zero amenities.

Once great “blue chip” Baltimore waterfront hotel has deteriorated badly !! After twenty years of great visits here , hotel has “hit the skids” No restaurants open ,dirty hall ways and poor service . Hotel should be closed and used a parking garage for Harbor Place. Try anywhere else in Baltimore .

My husband and I decided to take a little road trip to celebrate our anniversary. We have stayed at this hotel pre-Covid and always had a nice stay. Positives: Hotel staff friendly and welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and two glasses Location, location, location: quieter than being on the main drag- no constant sirens, beautiful harbor view and easy walk to federal hill or inner harbor Quiet Comfy beds Needs some work: No towels in pool area and a bit messy from previous guests; had to go back to room and get our room towels Rooms not cleaned during our 2 night stay towels and needed to request extra towels; they came quick Vending machines no water Would stay again as we have in the past and look forward to re-opening of gym and other amenities There were guidelines masked required in public areas but several guest were not and seems hotel staff should suggest they mask up.
