Close to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Well maintained hotel. Restaurant food very good. Did not attend the on-site comedy club (weekends only) but impressed with the posted dress code to attend. Neighborhood did not have any foot traffic that we saw. Surrounded by facilities like storage units, freight company. There is a McDonalds farther down the street. Still, the view from room was overlooking city lights, etc.

This location is big and beautiful. I wasn’t expecting it to be this nice. But it was. The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and patient. The breakfast was described as continental. But it was a full breakfast. We are arrived early and they allowed us to check in early without charging us. I

I had read the reviews before booking and although some were mixed, others were good. This is by far the worst Best Western we have ever stayed at. Amenities in the room don't work - shower, toilet, HVAC. Parking lot and neighborhood does not feel safe - you cannot walk to eat anywhere except McDonalds. I have never written a review about a hotel before but I feel it's a must that others know what kind of hotel this is. It's used by people who are going on cruises from Baltimore and clearly the management don't care about keeping the place clean or updated. Can't believe it's labeled a "Plus"!

Very clean hotel. The staff was great. we did a Park and stay and cruised out of the port of Baltimore. I highly recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was very good. We found the parking was safe and the security staff was super helpful.

Parking at the hotel was restricted for guests because of an event. Not enough handy cap parking. Hotel guests should have priority. When we left the property to visit friends and go to dinner we had no idea we wouldn’t be able to find parking when we came back.

I will always stay at this hotel for private jacuzzi rooms they are the best . Especially the one with the mirror around it . It was a party going on so it was very hard to find a parking space and get towels. However breakfast was great -they had waffles ! Just wish bacon was an option

Room had roaches checkin was by someone who didn't know what she was doing.. She didn't even show me the way to the room. I went the wrong way. Felt like they were putting all the black people on the 11th floor which seems to be the dirty floor

This is a very clean, safe, and quality hotel with very professional staff. The restaurant food was very good and fairly priced. It's only a 15 minute drive to Johns Hopkins Orleans Street Campus so the location and price made it ideal.
