Our stay at Gramercy Mansion was a birthday gift. It was an amazing experience from the room, to the grounds to the food! So happy we stayed here and next time will book multiple rooms and bring additional family members!!

We stayed at the Gramercy Mansion in June 2019 after a beautiful wedding. My husband planed a last minute trip just to get away and stayed there again in August 2020. Just as breathtaking as before. Make sure you have time to see all the flower gardens as they are wonderful. If you go in summer take your swimsuit because the pool is huge! This place would by great for any affair large or small! Breakfast was delicious, way too much food to eat all at once! If you're thinking about staying here, yes, do it!

Hi! Thank you so much for the kind words! You are right--it is worth coming to see in the summer with the gardens in full bloom and the pool open on these hot Maryland summer days! Breakfast has definitely been a motivator for repeat guests. We would love to see you again soon! All the best, Hannah & Gramercy Team

I booked the entire Gramercy Mansion for 2 nights for my wedding. The mansion itself is gorgeous, and my family and guests loved it. The staff however, was curt. Maria and Jenna were lovely, but the other ladies were rude to my guests. I had several different people, family and people with my wedding, express to me the Gramercy staff was discourteous to them. One Gramercy worker made a rude comment to my niece who has special needs. The Gramercy Mansion is also not very handicap friendly. My older guests had a difficult time navigating the mansion. If I were to re-plan my wedding, I would have chosen a different location. The Gramercy Mansion is beautiful, and the rooms are nice. I would go back for a night, but will not consider it for any future event.

Hi! Thank you so much for your honest review. We are so disappointed that you were less than thrilled with your stay and will be looking into these issues. Unfortunately, with the historic Tudor style mansion, we do not have any elevators. However, we have taken efforts to create a handicap accessible entrance and room on the first floor as well as multiple ramps across the grounds. Though we understand that some areas are difficult to navigate and we do apologize. As for the unpleasant experience with our staff, we are thoroughly embarrassed and would love to further understand the situation. If you would like to give us a call to elaborate on the issues, we would love to discuss and give a formal personal apology. You can contact us at 410-486-2405. All the best, Hannah & Gramercy Team
