I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights while my husband was receiving a kidney transplant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The hotel staff were amazing during this stressful time in my life; they were attentive, kind, and encouraging. Help was always prompt and cheerful. The hotel location was also great during my solo times out for groceries or meals, the area felt safe and had great options within a block of the hotel, several food options on the same block as the hotel.
Me and my family loved that it was close to everything like a cvs places to eat and just an amazing valet guys very respectful and just amazed by our view. Very nice places nearby to walk and enjoy with the family.
Overall, the room was not very clean. The COVID policies were not communicated besides signs on the doors. I did not partake in breakfast so I cannot speak to that. But the view was beautiful and the contactless checkout was great.
I came to Baltimore to visit my boyfriends family. I had a wonderful time!! The location of the hotel was perfect!! I was able to roam the vicinity any hour of the night and felt safe. I can’t wait for our next trip!! I will definitely be staying at the same location I did this trip!!
Our room had 2 Queens and a sofa. The room was spacious and updated. Beds were comfortable. Area was quiet. Most importantly, the room and bathrooms were immaculate and in excellent repair. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. All staff observed covid safety guidelines, and politely reminded visitors to do the same. Location is close (1-2 blocks) from the Little Italy restaurant district. Maybe 4 blocks to the Inner Harbor, and even further from the key tourist sites which are further down the waterfront. While the walk may be longer, this makes for a quieter location.
