The building was a former bank with a marble lobby and interesting appointments. Be sure to go downstairs to see the old vault, now a conference room. No problems with check-in or check-out. On our way out to dinner our first night, the clerk gave us a discount coupon for a

The downtown location is convenient and being a couple of blocks off of the main street was good for a more quiet location. I found the front desk staff to be very friendly with an efficient check-in and check-out process. Per my rating system explanation below, a 3-star hotel

This hotel is truly breathtaking-the building is old and charming, while the hotel is completely renovated and is in wonderful condition. The staff we dealt with during our stay was nice. Garage parking is pricy as typical for cities but we parked on the street right across

The lobby had a book about the Baltimore fire of 1904 and told how that the building had been a bank and survived the fire. The rooms have been renovated and are suites with a separate sitting and tv area, and a tv for beds. There was a refrigerator and microwave that had a

We stayed a couple nights before departing on a cruise out of Baltimore on RCI. The hotel was within walking distance of the inner harbor and we really enjoyed not having to drive. We also walked to an Orioles game at Camden Yards. The ballpark is really cool even if

I dont know exactly where the cruise port is. Inner harbor is a quick 5 min walk or so.

How much is self parking?
We found a place up the street that was cheaper. I think it was Charles Street North - there's a plaza in front. It was about a 3-4 block walk and it's underground. I'm sorry I don't remember the name, but I think it was $12-14. I hope this helps.

We stayed on the last floor (10th maybe). I agree with Justin G. We heard sirens, but that was it. Once we went to bed at night we slept through without being disturbed. The motel is very nice. Loved the mailbox & vault.

No. The living room is perfect especially for a 4some. If you had a bunch of kids it might be cramped up a little, but with a wet bar, big living room, and 2 full bed and bathrooms it's perfect. Love the hotel. Just make sure to go have good pics in the vault !!
