Staff was very friendly and courteous. Fun family feel to the hotel. All my needs and requests were met quickly and with a smile. If they did not have something I needed or wanted they made sure to make it available to me right away. Great location to enjoy Baltimore. Will most definitely stay here again on my next visit.

From my first impression, this "hotel" felt like Fawlty Towers on steroids. I arrived trying to find a receptionist, when a guest volunteered "have a look in the office - they're often sleeping in there!" After eventually finding a member of staff to check me in, I dragged my heavy bag up shabby 62 steps - there was no lift... More

I read the reviews about this hotel prior to booking a room there. I admit, I was a little skeptical about how bad this hotel was. I even called the hotel a few days before arriving to ask if their rooms were clean. The manager assured me that all of their rooms were clean. Unfortunately, that was a lie. The... More

This place was a dump. The dirtiest place I've ever seen. Mysterious stains everywhere like someone threw up on the walls and floors, dirty stained blankets, carpet all coming up, dirt and dust everywhere as if it hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in 3 years, outlets falling out of the wall, nasty furniture, the walls were all beat up, the... I... More

Worst hotel on earth! Cockroaches.. ants.. mice. Anything that can crawl in this hotel was in our room. The place smelled of piss and mold. There was no AC and it was 90 deg out. The room felt like 100! there was NO window in the one of the rooms just a piece of wood. The sheets and comforter were... More

-We had no lightbulbs in our room which wasn't fixed during our entire 6 day stay -There were shards of glass on the bed -The room was absolutely filthy -There was mold, missing tiles and exposed duct work in the bathroom, but no toilet paper when we arrived -The window only stayed open when propped up with a brochure holder... This was a complete dump of a motel. First of all i reserved 2 beds and was given a room with 1 twin bed. It stunk like a mixture of smelly feet, curry, and uncleanliness. There was mold all over the floorboards, which were literally peeling off. The vents on the wall were barely hanging on and covered with black... More
