Wow, such a let down from Four Seasons. We have stayed at Four Seasons around the world (Bora Bora, DC, and others) and the four Seasons in Baltimore is by far the worst and not typical of the experience we had come to expect from the Four Seasons Brand. We booked a room for the weekend to get away from DC. We tried over 4 days to contact the folks at the SPA to book different treatments only to reach a person who took our phone number and stated, "I'll get the spa to call you back shortly". Well that “shortly” never occurred and after 4 days, all the SPA appointments became booked. The whole point of us going to Baltimore was to visit the Harbor and relax at the SPA. Due to the lack of customer service, by the time a Manager (Matt) finally checked with the Spa, they had nothing available. We ended up booking the weekend at the Salamander Resort & Spa. If anyone in the DC area is looking for a getaway, look no further as this place easily surpassed the Four Seasons when it comes to the total Experience and Great customer service. We will now be staying there each time we need a get-a-way from DC and a few days of spa treatments.…
We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore - the room was clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is situated in a lovely location on the waterfront. The staff was generally helpful and pleasant. Probably would have rated 5 stars - however the Four Seasons pushes the marketing of their mobile app too hard, in my opinion. They encourage you to make service requests prior to your stay. We made several requests (two additional pillows, two additional towels, requested a mini-fridge in the room, and daily newspaper delivery available per their website). Unfortunately, they never followed through on any of these requests, nor did they ever address them beyond confirming they received my message. We would have been fine if they were unable to fulfill our requests due to availability of items, etc. - however without any communication, we were left wondering why they encourage people to make requests in this manner if they do not follow through with them.…
This property and the staff are really outstanding. They are very professional, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love staying at this location especially because you'll nvr know whose staying here to relax. I'm smitten with the Four Seasons and with this location. Thank you all for your professionalism and outstanding service.
What a gorgeous view, day and night, of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor! Be sure to reserve a Water View room with Balcony and enjoy the entertainment of sailboats, water taxis, and kayakers toing and froing the Harbor. The lights at night are beautiful as well. Highly recommend breakfast on your balcony!!
