Before traveling with my son and his friend, we always have to stay at a hotel that has a microwave and a refrigerator. My son is a very picky eater so I always bring and prepare his food. I decided that this time I wanted us, the 2 moms, to get a night away with the kids and have some luxury as well. When I called the Four Seasons Baltimore to see if they had rooms with microwaves and refrigerators Jasmine let me know right away that this was no problem and that each room would have what we needed. She also let me know that having gluten free meals would be available and not a problem for my friends daughter. I booked both rooms and surprised my friend. We were traveling with 2 11 year olds and a 10 month old. The hotel front desk manager called the day of check in to make sure the kids knew that we did not have connecting rooms. He did not want them to be upset. That was awesome. They also made available a high chair and a playnpack for the baby so we did not have to bring it. When we checked in, the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were so peaceful. They had everything we needed for just a night away with the kids. They made sure that the kids had a welcome snack. They sent engineering up right away to secure a window that could be opened. With a 10 month old, you never know. They did not hesitate to nail the window shut. Gluten free food was available on site- could not have been easier. Unfortunately that night, there was a loud gathering above my room. When I called down to the front desk and told them, they must have apologized 10 times, sent security, and in a manner of minutes it was quiet again. They called to make sure it was quiet and to apologize. Again. Housekeeping, in room dining, valet, everyone was helpful and kind. Check out was a breeze. On our drive home, the front desk manager called to make sure that everything from the noise issue was taken care of to my satisfaction. It was. Everything was. My friend and I, even traveling a night away with kids, got a break. Thank you Four Seasons Baltimore. We will definitely be back. …
No car service and no reason given. Sauna and Spa have been shut down for 2 years due to COVID, yet the Four Seasons decided to wait until everything opened up to do “maintenance”. We purchased a massage but were not told that the sauna and steam room were closed until we showed up, which was very frustrating.
Lovely time staying and attending my nephew's wedding reception at this Four Seasons. All of the staff was great and one of the doormen really laughed hard at my stupid joke which made me feel good. Wished the reception could of lasted longer - all overhead lights got turned on at exactly 10:00 pm. Spa body scrub was GREAT!
I was visiting for a Friendsgiving back in November 2021, and my wife and I decided to stay here as the property is part of the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program. The check-in was seamless and there was even a Veuve cart set up close to the desk with an employee servicing champagne, which was a very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again in the future.
I needed a change of scenery and I have heard the food was amazing. I was not disappointed from the bedding, to the crab cakes, Brussels sprouts, to the staff. My short stay was nothing less than amazing. Can’t wait to return when it’s warmer to enjoy the pool, cocktails and views.
This property is not just any other hotels; it's THE Four Seasons. I was looking for the right venue for our wedding, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay at the Four Seasons until I met Alex from catering dept. She just blew me away. She was prompt, respectful, eager to help, and knew all the right answers. On the day of our wedding, Melinda was there to ensure everything went smoothly. Everybody I encountered from Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, to Concierge team went above and beyond. Thank you for creating an unforgettable event for my family, friends, and us. We can't wait to return for our anniversary. The hospitality at the Four Seasons Baltimore has been one of the best experience for me.
This was our first time at this facility and it not be our last. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. We asked for a refrigerator and microwave and they were in the room when we checked in.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Baltimore along the Inner Harbour! The service was top-notch. The entire staff was helpful, courteous, attentive, smiled, and even laughed our jokes. Being from Los Angeles and Oregon, and having never visited Baltimore or DC, we appreciated the staff's recommendations and tips. Room service was excellent. Our rooms were sparkling clean. The view was phenomenal. The location was superb, too. It was very easy to get around and the neighborhood is very walkable with great local shops, restaurants and Little Italy. The hotel restaurants were delicious. Our car was always early to our requested time. The app was easy to use. The staff remembered our names. We had a fabulous, 5-star time. Thank you so much Four Seasons Baltimore!…
