The hotel was full and our 3rd party reserved us a room anyhow. It took an hour to get the mess squared away. Staff was super helpful and got us a room, however that room smelled like smoke. The elevator and 2nd floor stunk so bad of smoke. The lobby floors were filthy & sticky. Even though there was covid, the breakfast was Pathetic. Very very disappointed with hotel other than the staff were very nice. Next time we are going next door to the Holiday Inn Express. They have a much better breakfast and clean. Only reason we stayed there is because it was convenient to John Hopkins.
“Hello how are you”! Me in my wife attended this half axx place of business......the spa wouldn’t stay hot for shxt the ceiling it self was trashed the computer chair trash it was just a waste of time seriously.....
i stayed here for 3 days and so much happened in those 3 days. 1) the hotel staff was very careless with who they let in. there was a bunch of children about 17-18 that were staying there and kept trying to come into our room. there was about 9 of them that pushed through our door and came into our room. we told them to leave and they finally left after we basically had to pushed them out. 2)after about an hour after we pushed them out, they kept banging on our door and running away, they threw a bunch of water under our door and put cigarette buds and trash in front of our door. 3) And the worst part of my whole trip is when i woke up to having to call the police because the same group of ppl busted my car window and stole a bunch stuff out of my car. 100% do NOT recommend going to this hotel ever. and the hotel is not going to pay for the damages to my car either because they are careless. i will be contacting the manager and corporate for this. i should have known when the website said it was on gay st. that street is horrible. and plus this hotel needs better security because there was one person at the front desk and he was sleep, so anyone could just walts in and do anything. and lastly, do not go to this hotel because it is trifling. as soon as i get in to my hotel on the first day, there was a used towel on the rack and all the other towels were stained. when we asked for other towels, they gave us more stained towels. i had to go buy clean ones to use. this was the worst time ever. i also had to book an extra night so that i could get my car fixed. I was supposed to be on a relaxation break from the stresses at home but staying here just caused me more stress. Do not waste your money going here.…
Nice clean room except the carpet needs cleaning badly. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower. BUT the area is horrible. A loonnnnngggg walk to the inner harbor. I would stay here again if it was in a better neighborhood.
This hotel is located on the Inner Harbor which is a safe part of the city in Baltimore. I received a nice room and got to enjoy a nice breakfast. However, there were some things about this hotel that I didn't like. First of all, I do not like the fact that you have to pay for parking after you've purchase a room rental. If you choose to stay in those hotel, please know you will be charged $15.00 per night in their parking lot. I'm used to getting a free parking spot with a room rental. Another thing I didn't like about this hotel is that they wrap up serving breakfast early. I was told that they stop serving breakfast in their cafeteria at 9:30 AM and I am fortunate to have got there on time and would have missed on my free breakfast. The people who run this hotel need to know that some people are not early risers. Other than that, I have no other complaints.…
