I loved this place and the staff, Tina, Rixa ,Mr Soliman and even the guys that drove the complimentary shuttle were all awesome and friendly.I was allowed to leave my luggage for the day even after I'd checked out, this was a HUGE help!! Nice clean, quiet room as well.

The staff was super kind. I was able to check in late. My room was waiting and even add an additional night with no issues. The shuttle to and from Hopkins makes it super convenient for anyone who is getting treatment there. I will be staying here again in two week sand would highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone. From its super kind and caring staff to the clean rooms--it is a perfect choice.

I've had the pleasure of staying here several times in 2 months and simply love this hotel! I love the decor, particularly given that it used to be a bank - very cool! The staff are incredibly friendly and really seeks to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. They allow pets so I'm always curious about the cleanliness of the bed blankets but I didn't see any pet hair, etc. The rooms are fresh and clean and even though my room overlooked the streets, the noise did not bother me and added to the allure of being in a downtown location! Breakfast is yummy and free! This is definitely a great value considering it's within walking distance of the Harbor. Also, the hotel offers a free shuttle to several destinations, which is an amazing value. I definitely find this place to be a

I chose this hotel because of it's location (close to John Hopkins). The hotel and rooms were very updated and clean. The best part of my stay was the way I was greeted at the front desk. "JR" was very professional, courteous, helpful and had a great attitude with a big friendly smile the whole time. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right in the middle of downtown Baltimore. The lobby area is large and much fancier than your typical Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. All the public areas I saw were clean. Keurig coffee makers with pods in each room. Of course, there is the typical HI Express free morning breakfast. There are five floors, so the typical city noise can be heard no matter which floor you are on - but this is typical for any downtown hotel. The outside noise was not excessive, but if you are not used to city noise at night.... This hotel is not within convenient walking distance to Inner Harbor (0.9 mile walk), Camden Yards (1.3 mile walk) or M&T Bank Stadium (1.7 mile walk), but a short

I wanted to give this hotel five stars but just couldn't do it honestly. I wish that 4.5 were a possible rating. To start with the good, our room was large, well furnished, and very clean. We had a full bath with plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average with plenty of choices. The location was a bit noisy, but I won't blame the hotel for this. The first problem was slow and unreliable Internet access. Just when I needed to find a restaurant for dinner, access would slow to a crawl. The receptionist said that the service variability had something to do with the cold weather. The other issue is that twice during our stay the maid took away our face clothes and/or glasses without providing any replacements so that we had to ask for

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 months. Everyone on the staff has been very helpful and ALWAYS friendly. On our visit last week JR and Rixa continued to reinforce our positive experiences. We will definitely stay here again. If you are in Baltimore to go to Johns Hopkins: 1) It is (literally) a 2 minute drive to the campus. 2) The hotel has a complimentary shuttle that will take you to Hopkins along with other places in Baltimore such as the Inner Harbor. 3) Be sure to ask for the Johns Hopkins rate. Saves a lot of $.
