We stayed in the hotel only for few days, luckily for our reasons we did not have to stay further. But for this short period of time, hotel staff became our family for a tiny bit of time. Whole desk staff is helpful, informative and full of enthusiasm – Tina, Rixa, Tanya, Sebastian, JR and friendly guy at such an early morning Klint. Lobby is marvelous, and it is unspeakably clean and tied up; location is great for anyone, close to Harbour and neat restaurant city area. If I come to Baltimore – Bank building will be my first choice!

We stayed for only one night because we were in Baltimore for the evening before a procedure being done first thing the next morning at Johns Hopkins Hospital. First of all, each and every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities one might need. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk was happy to provide a replacement for me. The room included a breakfast buffet which was well stocked with the usual breakfast fare. The hotel also provides free round trip shuttle service to both the Inner Harbor as well as to Johns Hopkins Hospital. The hospital is only about a mile away, but I would not recommend walking. There is an off street parking lot behind the hotel and that adds …

I had a group of investors from all over the country meeting me in Baltimore. I chose this hotel because of it's convenience to downtown and the inner harbor area and the price point was right where I needed to be for my group. The staff was more than accommodating, The GM was very 'hands on' and very helpful too! I had a last minute need for meeting space that I had not planned on and it was not available at this location for the time I needed so she actually took the time to locate space for me off -premise. The hotel lobby is beautiful! The architecture and design of the Union Bank is preserved and it is quite extraordinary. I will definitely use this hotel again for a host hotel for my functions and personally when I visit Baltimore. You should too!

My fiancé and I have actually stayed at this hotel twice! The first time was for New Years 2017. We were so impressed, that when we decided to have a quick weekend getaway in Baltimore this summer, we came back for a second time. This hotel is definitely clean and well-maintained. The building used to be a bank, so the architecture in the lobby is beautiful. The workers were very friendly. The location is very convenient to the Power Plant Live area. Parking is right beside the hotel - so there is never a long walk to get to your vehicle. We did take advantage of the free shuttle service. The driver was friendly and very engaging. The elevator always seemed slow, but I understand that it is an older building. That was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, this is a great place…

Over a one month period stayed about ten days for business. Room looking toward City Hall provided great view. Easy access to city center. Breakfast was convenient. Staff were very helpful, especially JR and Tina. Hotel was vary accommodating to our unique schedule. Parking is affordable at $15 per 24 hrs. Shuttle drop off and pick up is very helpful for late evening excursions to the inner harbor area. Clean, accommodating and convenient!

Unique hotel that was a former bank. First class customer service. Rixa at the front desk was personable and professional and remembered the guests with a friendly smile and sense of humor. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Entire hotel was clean and our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious. It was a full hot breakfast and we were very happy with the quality and taste of our meal. We were able to save 20% off National Aquarium tickets by purchasing them through the hotel. The complimentary shuttle was very helpful and convenient for our family of four. Our shuttle driver JR was professional, polite and very helpful. We felt bad because we ran out of cash to tip him. However, when he picked us up the next time he was just as kind and enthusiastic as he was the first time. It is obvious that he both enjoys his job and takes pride in assisting the hotel guests. We felt safe and comfortable in this hotel and will…
