We booked a room for the Ravens vs. Steelers game. We checked in after the game, 5p.m. Our room didn’t have hot water, and the drains were clogged. So we weren’t able to get warm after the rainy game. That sucked. We were short on time so switching to a different room wasn’t even an option. Had to bring our own cooler to keep our drinks cold. (No refrigerator or microwave) The tv kept shutting off randomly. By the looks of the lobby, I was expecting a much better quality room. Location isn’t the best but it isn’t terrible either. I felt safe mostly.

This used to be a premier hotel downtown. Center of everything. The hotel and room was dark and dingy. Room needed many repairs. No microwave. No fridge. Hopefully, Hilton will bring this hotel up to it's standards. Front desk staff very helpful. We paid for the Stay/Park/Eat on the Hilton App/Site. They do not have breakfast. They did refund the portion of the rate.

The fact that there will be neither room cleaning nor new towles should have been clearly said at check-in. It was very disappointing that there was no willingness to- at least slightly - reduce the invoice.

I have stayed at many hotel properties but this one sadly has been my worst experience. I travel back east once every month to 1 1/2 months to visit my kids and family. I reserved 2 adjoining rooms. It was dated and needed remodeled but that wasn't the issue; how clean it wasn't was the issue. The chairs had stains on them the carpet between the 2 rooms was missing. We like the location and with having 2 really nice restaurants attached (Ruth Chris and McCormick & Schmicks) we were excited to stay there. The people who worked there were very nice. After 2 days we decided to move to another hotel because my kids came back from dinner and when they unlocked the door with their key, the deadbolt got stuck open. The front desk said that unfortunately management was gone for the day and there was nothing they could do except move us to other rooms which were not adjoining. My wife and I didn't fell comfortable with that so we decided to go to a different hotel. When we went down to check out and explain then lady at the front desk said that they may have to charge us for the broken lock. I commented on that my daughters had just unlocked their door with their room key and it stuck. She said I'm sorry that's policy but the manager will have to make that decision. I should also mentioned that the people next to us were out on their balcony smoking pot and leaving their sliding doors open and it was all through the second floor of the hotel. I'm not opposed but would rather not have my young daughters smelling that all the time.

Great location close to everything. Rooms were run down and in need of cleaning/repairs. Very surprised that rooms don’t have microwaves or mini fridge. Need smart TVs to access Netflix/Hulu. Unless you are Hilton Rewards member, you need to pay for Wi-Fi.
