The Pier 5 hotel by Hilton is possibly the worst hotel I have ever encountered in any continent I've been. Disinterested staff, a key card that didn't work well, a room with questionable cleaning, a bathroom lacking Kleenex and shampoo (there was conditioner, however), a vinyl bathtub so stained and dirty after what looked like years of use with a rusty ring around the drain, no coffee cups (and no interest in restocking them after we told the front desk). We stayed for one night. Our credit card had been charged twice for $233,38. When we called the hotel after returning home, we were told we'd have to talk to the manager who wouldn't be in until the following day, and were were given no definitive answer for the extra and undocumented $35 that had been charged to our credit card on top of the $198 for our room. The next morning empty beer bottles lined the top of the front wall at the entrance of the hotel (and were still there when we returned in the afternoon). There are a lot of Hotels around the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. Avoid this one!

The hotel was awesome! It’s in the perfect location and the parking was right next to the hotel. I would recommend this place to family and friends. In fact, I’m going again in June for the weekend. The front desk personnel were very helpful each time I stopped by to ask questions.

This is the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever checked in to. We stayed just long enough to book another hotel in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Staff was rude and could care less; room was filthy and in serious disrepair. Save yourself the grief and DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is not currently worthy of Curio status. Poor service, cleanliness, light bulbs missing, only 2 hangers upon arrival, no bathroom amenities, broken coffee maker, broken sliding glass door lock, trash on patio.

$350 a night and the room was not even that clean on arrival. No fridge, trash behind the TV consul. Furniture had seen better days. My daughter stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. I can honestly say it is THE worst Hilton hotel I've ever been in and makes me question the wisdom of choosing one again in the future.
