Never felt the need to slam a business in online review before, but can’t believe this hotel carries the Hilton name. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. May be short staffed, but no excuse for disintetested/unhelpful service workers across the board.
I woke up early Saturday morning and said, "Well, I feel like going to the Orioles game tonight." Baltimore is only a 2.5 hour drive down I-95, so I figured what the heck. I decided on the Hilton given is proximity, and when I say...More

I stayed here for the Baltimore Marathon. It's a good location and pretty well up to snuff for a Hilton. The staff was polite and accommodating. I used the hhonors member lounge and that had a good amount of small foods like cheeses etc.More

I've gotten a shave and haircut and my wife had a pedicure at The QG - it's a few blocks away at 31 S Calvert St. Give them a call to make an appointment, they don't really do walk-ins in my experience. My wife was about 4 weeks post-transplant when we went and they took exceptional care of her. We return to Baltimore regularly for check ups and if it fits the schedule I try to stop in for a shave, nothing quite like it.
