Let the quiet of the Davis Mountains envelope you. From your cabin's private porch, away from television and distractions, listen to the sounds of nature and watch for birds and wildlife. Our Lodge lies on a ...More serene hillside overlooking the Chihuahuan Desert, less than a mile south of historic Fort Davis. Cabins feature two double beds or one queen bed, kitchenette, climate control, private bath and high-speed wireless Internet. A large-screen TV with DishNetwork satellite is available in the family room, a short walk from cabins. Family room and covered outdoor pavilion are wonderful gathering spaces, with tables, chairs and a propane grill for guest use. Effective January 2015, breakfast is NO LONGER included, but we can recommend some great breakfast options in town. Less

I loved the location of the cabins. They were off the road so there was no car noise and the cabins on the outside had a lovely view of the horizon. They were clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I...More

Love Mountain Trails Lodge! We will go back soon! Next time we plan to stay in the 1 bedroom cabin. The only downside was the internet not working. We loved sitting at night looking at the stars! Quiet and cozy. Near to all places of...More

We stayed in the largest cabin that looked newly installed. Extremely clean. Well appointed. TV but no antennae or cable but my mifi had good AT&T service so streaming was sufficient. I will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Clean cabin. We never saw the proprietors but they made everything easy for us leaving the keys where we could find them and supplying all the info we needed. They left their number to call if we had questions. Great experience.
