We loved staying here. The owners where nice, although they do have some rules, but nothing that's unreasonable. We stayed in the biggest room/suite facing the river. We opened the windows to let in the fresh air and it was so cozy sitting in the chair and couch looking out at

This is a very good bread and breakfast, with great views and wonderful location. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts are really delicious and lavish, with fresh fruits, baked goods, egg dishes, and sweets, coffee, teas and juice. Breakfast is served at

When we arrived in breathtaking Astoria, we were immediately charmed by the beautiful gardens of the Rose River Inn. However, that came to an abrupt end when we met the owner, Pam. She was curt and grumpy and immediately chastised us about where our car was parked. She showed no

All I asked of you was for you to move your car forward so another guest could park behind you and your response was “I will move it later” . So when another guest came down to move his car again I asked you to please move if forward. Im sorry that I inconvenienced you and I understand that certain people do not like to be asked to do something. All I ask is that you park around my house, either the front or side and not in front of my neigbors. I guess it wasn't too bad because you checked out well after the 11 a.m. Check out time. I guess you forgot that I pointed out places to eat and things to do once I showed you the dinning room for your one night stay. Judging by most of your reviews they have a negative tone to them. Our one night stay at Rose River was quiet in a corner room which allowed the early sunrise to shine brightly into the room. No darkening shades. Breakfast was a delicious 3 course meal which was very filling. Be careful with parking so you don't disturb the neighbors.

I am not associated with the Rose River Inn but I have stayed there and given a TripAdvisor review. I would recommend this BnB, it was a very pleasant stay. You can go to their website for rates (TripAdvisor doesn't allow links in their replies, so just go to w w w . roseriverinn . com

Price of stay
If I remember correctly, the price of our room, which was the largest room in the house was $140. We had two sleeping areas, along with a sitting area, and a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub.
