Nice enough place, with helpful folks at the front desk. The availability of bicycles (FREE for the first hour!!!) to ride up and down the riverwalk make me feel good about this hotel. Pretty noisy area, bridge and river noise if you are on the river side of the hotel and street noise if your room is on the front...

Very nice views from the rooms. Free bicycles for an hour ($5 an hour afterwards) to travel around town and get acquainted with the area. Love the River Walk and outside area is wonderful. Definitely try the Trolley!! Great location and close enough to essentials. Staff very friendly.

Spent 2 weeks there in April 2017. The staff was friendly, it had an indoor pool, free bicycles to use, and was clean. However, my room was VERY noisy. The rooms need soundproofed terribly. I was on the first floor and anytime someone above showered or flushed, it sounded like a waterfall in my walls. I could hear people next...

Make sure to get a room facing the river. You are right there in all the action as pilot boats, Ocean liners, cargo ships, flocks of seagulls & cormorants pass before your eyes. Borrow one of their free bikes & pedal along the river to restaurants, museums, bars all the while seeing the river which divides Oregon from Washington. Also the...

This hotel has such a wonderful staff and super clean rooms. It was so wonderful to wake up and look out over the Bay, and the bridge spanning across the mighty Columbia River. It is a must do again kind of place. all thumb up for sure.

What a fun place to stay! We had a handicap room on the first floor that overlooked the Columbia River & shipping traffic. In the corner of the large room was a gas burning fireplace. It had a comfortable sofa with a coffee table. It was one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed at & we have have...

We loved this hotel! The view of the river is incredible, and in a great location, close to town. We had a two room suite and it was super spacious. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. It felt much more upscale than a HI Express, yet reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

I stayed here in April, to attend a work-related conference on-site...when I arrived, the staff were super attentive, friendly and very quickly (I mean, in like 1 minute) checked me in. The room was awesome and clean, with classy touches like granite, a Keurig coffee maker, king bed, couch with ottoman, and two TVs; one in front of the bed,...

The front desk people were very friendly. Check-in was smooth. Had a 3rd floor 2 queen room with a view of the Columbia River. We stayed on a Monday night and it was quiet but you can hear the trolley that goes by right next to the building. The beds were heavenly. I definitely would stay here again.
