Lynn, front desk employee, was one of the most excellent front desk employee/managers I have encountered. She demonstrated excellent customer service and accommodated my mother and I with a smile on her face.

We were there because i Have a yearly appt at Mayo. We used to stay at this hotel when it was a Hampton. Now its a Country inn. There were workers doing repairs to different areas. The pool was shut down when we were there. Its opening around the 19th
