Kenneth Riles was awesome. I stay at hotels often due to traveling for work. I had one of my best experiences at this hotel and Kenneth put the cherry on top of a delightful experience. Thank you for all you do! I can not wait to visit again!

I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a 3 day symposium held here for work. I was put in room 264... the room was very dark.... the only lights were 2 reading lights mounted to the bed headboard and soft nightlight type lights mounted to the wall next to the bed and over the coffee machine. No lamps or overhead lights. I couldn’t order room service because the phone didn’t work in the room and the only number given was an extension to be called from the room phone. So, I walked down to the front desk to let them know my room phone didn’t work.... I was given a business card with the hotel’s front desk number and told to go back to my room, call the number on the card and they’d put me through to room service. I had to call the front desk for them to put me through to room service multiple times before room service would pick up. I finally got through after several attempts. I planned to have the leftovers for lunch the next day. I ended up throwing the leftovers out because the microwave was missing from the room... there was a spot in the cabinet next to the fridge for a microwave but it was empty. The first two nights the TV reception in my room was horrendous, constantly freezing or totally fuzzy picture. The third night I could only get a ‘no signal’ error message. I once again went down to the front desk to see if they could help. I was told there was nothing that could be done.... some rooms are getting reception, others not. The ‘company’ had been called but they had no idea when it’d be fixed. She couldn’t tell what company had been called or when. I have to say, my experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing.

Dear Nancy, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests, but it sounds as if we fell short during your stay. Due to an unfortunate technical issue, some televisions and phones did not work during your stay. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We have been working diligently with the cable company to resolve the issue quickly. Thank you for the high marks on cleanliness. We will investigate your room to look at ways of improving the lighting in your room as well. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider staying with us in the future so that we can provide you with the exceptional service our guests are accustomed to. I absolutly loved staying at the Lexington. My husband and I actualy started planning another trip before we left. Caesar was awesome. He gave us all kinds of ideas on places to eat and things to do. The service was great from the boys out front parking cars to the people at the front desk. Can't wait to stay again.

My family and I stayed here under unfortunate circumstances but everyone was very friendly. Caesar, the bar tender, was amazing. He was friendly and kind to our family since we met at the bar area each evening during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was in a good location for us as well.

I must acknowledge my excellent service staying at the Lexington Hotel in Jacksonville Fl. From the moment I walked through the doors of the hotel everyone I made contact with were very polite and accommodating. Also, I must specifically point out Kenneth Riles (front desk manager). Mr. Miles went above and beyond my expectations and I was really impressed with his professionalism. As a person who travels around the world working and staying in many hotels, I must say Lexington staff will not be forgotten and look forward to staying with you again. Thank you Lexington Hotel!
