The hotel staff are quite unaccommodating and unkind. They refused to tell anyone that they were renovating and unleashing toxic fumes on almost every single floor. It made my family and I extremely SICK. The room was filthy, stains on the carpet. The pool was dirty, full of papers and missing chunks of concrete. The sheets were not cleaned even though we stayed several nights. They claimed to have made over the room- it was just a two minute clean. Windows were covered in grime and finger-prints. Honestly, its not worth the $119 we spent to stay there with how sick the entire family became. We had to beg and nearly argue for clean towels. Honestly, if truth be told- we want our money back for the whole miserable ordeal.
Cockroaches mold smell paper thin walls not comfortable at all. Breakfast was good daughter and I liked the waffles. Was it worth 200 dollars not at all. Hotel not responsible for loud guests but unfortunately walls were paper thin we could hear everything....
Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Only chair in the room as filthy and disgusting. A/C was loud and ran open. Windows were covered with plastic film - no view. Never told that the hotel was under extensive renovations. Waiting for a rebate of some sort.
My room was not clean or towels exchanged after the first night. I called the front desk and complained. I told them that making the bed and emptying the trash was it necessary for tonight but I didn’t want clean towels. They told me I would have to come downstairs and get them. The next day my room was not cleaned. I called the front desk to complain and they told me that they did exchange my towels per my request. That request of course was the day before so no service that day. I’m very disappointed
If you want a room with careless housekeeping, only one guest chair and one bedside lamp and one of the most chaotic breakfast services we have ever seen, this is your place, and you will pay too much for it.
