The location near the highway was a plus, but did not appear to be in the best part of town. The staff was very friendly, however, the rooms were not in the best condition. Furniture was very worn, hairdryer did not work, water did not get cold, it remained luke warm to hot. The continental breakfast was limited in food... More

This hotel was so poorly run, the only way there could be a higher rating then one star is that the owners and family members are rating it highly. It all started with a separate couple trying to get in, I had to knock from the inside to get them to leave. The security guard was unfriendly and the housekeeping... More

Clean rooms with nice beds, friendly staff and reasonable rates.... Glazed donuts at breakfast were good. We stayed for a few days and it was worth the price, hotel wasn't far from downtown and the lady at the front desk was very helpful when it came to helping us find things to do while we were in town !

Came here for the Georgia Florida game. Yes the rooms could use some renovations but what is important for me is that the room was clean. The sheets were bright white and smelled clean. The towels looked new. We had one problem with the smoke detector, and it was taken care of quickly. Yes one of the drawers was missing... More

No it's not a Holiday Inn or even a Days Inn, so if you are into that don't stop here. If you are looking for a place you feel safe for yourself and the car, it's OK. If you want to pick it apart, you can do so, but what the heck for $37 for this senior with tax. It... More

The customer service when I checked in was average could have been a little more friendly. Rooms were ok in need of a make over. The security guard was the best I've seen in a long time. I really think they were in a process of re modeling at least I hope. Breakfast was on . The house keeping was... More

First I must say, I booked on Hotwire and you don't get to pick your hotel... so when I saw it gave us Knights Inn I wasn't happy from the start. We stayed the weekend for a track meet. The location was good, but it went downhill from there. There were cigarette burns on the spreads, blankets had huge holes... More

Customer service here was terrible. I was in Jacksonville working I travel for a living and stay in hotels all over the states. I explained the desk that I would be working nights and sleeping during the day so no house keeping was needed During the time they clean I would be sleeping. I would get my own linings and... More
