The room was old and not really clean, there was no chair for the desk and no lamp on the desk. they advertise a pool but the pool was closed, they advertise breakfast but they do not have breakfast. It is old and run down and I would not recommend this hotel.
Bad customer service the girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude I'm 3 months pregnant and i had to show my id every time that i had to pay for my room the next day i can't be walking like that and my husband Eddie Freeman has a bank account with me i love the hotel but the young girl that works there has a attitude problem
The next bed had blood, butt wipe, and a lizards home in the sheets. Couldn't shut the shower off 1st night, so just left it on. Next day told maid in note, and nothing..Bed wasn't made and floor wasn't vacuumed. finally got the shower off and reported it to the front desk. nothing for two days as blonde just blew it off. 3rd day told guy at desk we were just letting the shower run all nighton hot water only as it was broke and 2 people showed up quickly. Breakfast their was terriblr ascontinental would have been an upgrade. Fruit was actually R O T T E N . Outdated everything.. Got in pool to have unfriendly pool guy with a cleaner net dipping crap up over our heads and not waiting 29 min. for pool to close at dusk. Most just left early..Dirty pool.. Spoke to guy and just ignored all customers..Took pic's of nasty sheets and little stow-away that run out from under pillow, but don't know how to transfer them..There is ...N O ...HEALTH DEPT in this town or this place wouldn't exist..Another example of pay offs.…
Please do not stay here. If you think there are no other options, get in your car and drive to a safe place. Then sleep in your car. The pictures shown on the website are not realistic. They used pictures from 1 room (my mom stayed in it) and even it was the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. I kept waiting for child services to arrest me for bringing children to this place but they never came. However police did show up and arrest the guy next door, I’m sure jail was much cleaner and safer than The Hospitality Inn. Later I went outside and there were 6 cop cars outside my room, never figured out why.
The rooms were old and dirty. Hair in the beds. There was a man selling drugs outside in the parking lot and we got to watch him get arrested. The police were there several times that night. I would not stay there again.
This place was disgusting. Stains all over the carpet inside the rooms, food left in the refrigerator from previous guest, and cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor. We were literally scared to let our bare feet touch the carpet. At night, we were privileged to have a drunken group right outside our room yell and fight (literally fist fight) starting about 10pm and lasting until 5am. Called the front desk to complain multiple times... again it lasted until they passed out at 5am. This may be normal at this hotel I’m not sure. If you’re a vagrant drug user looking for a place to crash, you’ll blend right in. If your a normal middle class person who wants to feel safe, clean, and well rested, I suggest finding something else. As far as the price of the room? I’d rate it overpriced at free.…
The staff was friendly, but the room was dirty. The old microwave has food in the outside. There was an old dirty coffee pot. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was an old spring mattress. The sheets and blankets as well were not that clean. Highly suggest bringing your own bedding and pillows when you stay here. I dont recommend staying here tho.
We booked this hotel as a group of friends for somewhere to sleep whilst visiting jacksonville. I am well aware that you get what you pay for, however, basic things were completely missing. Bedsheets with dirty marks on them, even in the most budget of hotels, is not nice. The room had a definite dirty smell to it. The floor hadn’t been hoovered and the bathroom wasn’t much better. Like I say, you get what you pay for and for the price, I’m not expecting a full housekeeping service with a hot tub in the bathroom, but basic cleanliness and sleeping in a bed without stains from the previous occupant would be welcome. It’s not horrendous, just needs a few touches and it would make it miles better. I would also add that not a single photo on the booking website reflected the reality of the hotel.…
Stayed here on our US vacation trip. Staff was friendly and booking was done fast. We booked a deluxe none smoking. Room in need of revamp. But hen we only needed it for a nights sleep. Room had a kitchenette with cutlery. Back door with little court yard. Bed was comfy. No noise from the road. Breakfast was good and filling. Old but good spot for a night.
The Check in was a bit tedious, because we come from germany, no idea . Why we had to deposit 50 Dollar , remained inexplicated . We did not have that anywhere on our tour.the rooms were ok , the bathrooms was not really clean, towels and bed linen were clean.positive was the large fridge, all in all very dated, also the breakfast room was very uncomfortable . The breakfast was even less than basic, only the coffee was very good .for this category and the price you can not expect more.ok for passing through in you are not looking so closely.we slept well , beds were ok . But for a few Dollars more, we lived much better on our round trip.
