The person working there desk was sleeping, had to pound on glass to wake him up. Got to room and that’s where it went from bad to worse!! First, the latch lock on door was broken, drapes had holes, I thought to myself “ it’s 3am and you need sleep, these aren’t that bad”. Went to take a shower, and about screamed.., cockroaches, yes PLURAL, more than one!!! I went to desk to leave and get a refund, I was told by the clerk “sorry no refunds” I said “ I have not even been here 30 mins, the room is gross and has bugs” to which the reply was “what part of no refund do you not understand” I was floored, pi&$ed right off, “ what part of clean your Fuc&ing rooms don’t you understand” I was told if I didn’t want to stay in the room I could “ sleep in my vehicle” and he turned and walked away!!! Needless to say after driving 7 hours from North Carolina I was tired and just slept in my vehicle

I am used to 5 star, going thru a divorce and owner selling the condo i lived in and lawyers fees, I was in need of mercy. I am from the beach so I know nothing about the area, but I do now. I have never found myself in a position to not have permanent housing or what it felt like, but I do now. I have a job and a car, I have empathy for those that do not, I know how they feel now.. I believe Scottish Inns provides a service, an affordable rate for a roof over your head, to give you that mercy when you need it most, they did for me and I am greatful. So yea you might want to bring your own bedding, stuff might be broken or old, they provide housekeeping everyday and these people work hard. Be courteous, mind your own business and you will get that mercy a roof over your head. I was able to work remotely thru there wifi, the tv worked and so did the ice machine, if you kinda want to be left alone i suggest rm101 Thank you staff.

Rude customer service. We drive 6 hours to get here to be told that they no longer go thru booking.com. we paid for the room thru booking and had to turn around and pay again. Funny thing is they had our reservations from booking just not the money we paid. So after figuring that out we get to our room pull back the blanket to a big blood stain on the comforter. Dead bugs (at least theyre dead right?) Floor so filthy im afraid to put my bare feet down. Something ate on me all thru the night. My husband booked the room and did not read any reviews. Oh and its me my husband and 2 teenage sons. There was only 2 towels and when he went to ask for more the most unpleasant female at the front starts drilling him on how many people is in our room. So 2 towels for 4 people is supposed to be enough i guess. Ive stayed in some pretty shotty hotels in my lifetime but at least the staff at those had good customer service skills. And then from the reviews i read on bbb, the response from the owners is well you shouldnt have stayed. Well you kind of have to when your on a budget and already paid for the nasty room twice.

I recently reserved a room this past friday 11.22.19 thru 11.24.19. On arrival, which was around 9pm, i was informed that my i.d. did not match my reservation name. This is because im a newlywed and my i.d. still carries my maiden name. I was told by the front desk worker that i had to cancel my online reservation since the names did not match. I showed the front desk clerk where it said it would charge me 67.50 if i cancel. He assured me i would not be charged. I canceled as i was instructed and paid for the two night stay under the correct name. I get to my room which had a roach in the bathroom crawling but i only saw one so i did not complain ..it was a cheap room. I later called my balance and i was infact charged the cancellation fee of 67.50. My husband and i went to the front desk at which at this time it was someone else working and the other clerk had left for the evening. We tried to explain what happened but he seemed confused. I waited until today ..Monday ..11.25.19 and my bank said there was no pending refund. So i called the hotel ..address 4679 bill gardner prkwy in locust grove GA..a man answered and all i got out of my mouth was i had checked in friday and that was it! The clerk cut me off immediately very irrate might i add that i wasnt going to cause any problems and i tried to cut in and tell him it was about a refund, he screams at me that there are no refunds. He doesnt speak english well. I still tried to explain that i have paid and already stayed and checked out but he continued to scream at me that i wasnt getting anything. I tried to give him my name and he hung up on me. I then called right back and asked him who had worked the evening we checked in and he refused the employees name and when asking for his he hung up on me again. I called corporate number that online gave me 1828.926.9137. A young lady answered and said i had the wrong number and gave me another number which still was not correct. I was robbed by this hotel that i paid and stayed 2 nights at over the weekend!! This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at and the staff is horrible!!! And i was robbed my money even tho i was instructed to cancel and still was charged!!!!

Older motel, good for a quick stay, things need repair. Friendly staff. Musty smell, but normal for a 1 star I guess. Warning: Sports bar near lobby. Clean bed/linens/towels etc. Usually motel soap, don't expect fancy.

Good enough if you only want a place to sleep. Friendly staff with basic amenities. Clean grounds, saw NO bugs, quiet enough to sleep. Not in a great neighborhood, but convenient to getting an Uber to TIAA Stadium.
