A+++ friendly and knowledgeable staff and service was excellent the room is clean if I pass through grants again I'm definitely staying there again it was well worth the extra few dollars that I spit the other motel in that area they were very rude and it did not look all that appealing

We checked some reviews before we arrived, and it sounded great. It's an old Route 66 motel. The floors creaked so loud, we could hear the neighbors walking around their room. Very annoying in the middle of the night. There was a missing light bulb in the bathroom. Less than half of the holes in the shower head worked -...

Clean room and right on Route 66. Nothing much else around so if you need a supermarket/liquor store buy it before you arrive. Plenty of hot water and no complaints. You do get what you pay for but given some of the other places we have stayed in on this trip more than happy to recommend.

Good Route 66 motel that's just right for a one night stopover. Not sure there's much to see in Grants, NM unless you like staring at railroad tracks and passing BNSF's. If you have time though, drive down 117 on the east side of El Malpais National Monument because all that black stuff as far as the eye can see...

We did request to look at the room before booking and the owner was more than happy to show us the exact room we would be in, not just the closest room. Accepted an AARP discount even though it wasn't posted anywhere. Decor was outdated but very clean, toilet even had a sanitized seal. Included a large fridge and a...

I like a hot bath after a long day driving, I called ahead and specifically asked if there was plenty of HOT water. Was assured it was no problem. The place is great looking from the outside and the sign says "newly remodeled rooms". Well, they may have been back in the 60's but they are furnished with shabby, old,...

I travel by Motorcycle, and look for nice little motels to stay. This one fits my requirements. Good location off Route 66. Great price. Nice owners. Restaurants within walking distance (burgers) Ground floor rooms with parking right outside the rooms (porch parking+) Room was clean, comfortable with everything you would need. Fast internet too. Don't hesitate on this one.

Driving from NM to AZ pulling my Massey Ferguson tractor on a trailer, pulled into this classic Rt66 motel for the easy access and large parking lot. The owner immediately came out and helped guide me into a safe spot. Well lit lot, easy walking to some pretty darned good New Mexican food. Great neon sign. Room was basic but...

I stopped in just by chance and because the place looked well kept from the outside. I spoke to the owner and got a great rate and then a perfect room for me. Everything worked as it should. The motel was quiet, in a good location and the room was very comfortable. The owner's wife saw me trying to get...

This is an independently owned motel on 66, the owner has been here since 1994. We always stay when passing through and he will always ( remember us) and save us a room if we need it later. Since the big corporate motels have set up in Grant I guess it must be tough, so try and stay here if...
