The staff did not make me feel good at all. Horrible service, the fire pit was one foot away from the rv next to us so we didnt get to use it all week. The staff did not seem to care at all. Very loud place to be as the put us right next to a busy road. Bees all... More

We love this campground and come here annually. A lovely family runs the place and keeps it friendly clean and enforces quiet hours. Not a party zone, yay! Adorable and convenient little store. Activities--planned movies, scavenger hunts and games. Plus giant chessboard and checkers, mini golf, bikes and other peddle vehicles and a nature trail. And the heated pool! Every... More

My friend and I booked a last minute cabin for a trip to Gettysburg. We move both lived on the east coast for 30 years and had never been. Totally worth the visit. The cabin was comfortable and roomy. The wifi was easy and the rooms had a mini fridge. The office staff wasn't overly friendly but check in was... More

This campground was beautifully situated in a wooded area close to all the Gettysburg attractions. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed some help banking up and into our campsite and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The weekend pancake breakfast was delicious!

Stayed at the KOA while touring Gettysburg. What a great find....beautiful area, well equipped RV park, great friendly staff. Close to all in Gettysburg, we just finished a month cruising the RV from Maine to DC. This was by far one of the best RV parks we found. We just wish we would have found it earlier in out trip... We stayed September 19th-21st 2014. We have a 30 ft travel trailer with a living room slide out on the drivers side. With that being said, it is hard for us to camp in wooded campgrounds. As we pulled into the campground we were greeted by an older gentleman on a golf cart who then escorted us to our site... More

We were given a tricky difficulty site when they knew were coming in at dark. Very unfriendly to visitors just visiting your site. Not handicapped or special needs friendly. Activities were for young campers. Pool was small and covered in horse flies.

This family run KOA is an easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg and the battlefield. There are also several wineries nearby. In season you can take a shuttle from the park to the Battlefield visitors center. Most RV spaces are a bit tight and bordered with trees and boulders - pulling in at night could be a bit tricky.... We had 80 people + in our group and had an amazing time. Lots of clean cabins, beautiful scenery and the staff was great. They were polite, friendly and made us feel at home. The layout of the park is very secluded, even with so many people we had plenty of space. Just a short country drive into Gettysburg.

We had a great stay in the cabins. Everything is very clean and we'll maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful with things to do. It was our first time at a KOA and we would definitely go back. Close to the auto tour and the visitors center and downtown. Very convenient.
