Nice place, vintage, very clean. Loved the hideaway kitchennette, it really came in handy after we ate at the local Pubs and walked our leftovers to the Inn before we walked to all the little shops. In the middle of town which was very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again, actually plan on it!

We had a wonderful time staying in the Annie Danner Suite (Attic) for our anniversary. This was our first time staying in an Inn and Jeannine the Inn Keeper made us feel right at home. She was very nice and made our stay at the Inn the perfect experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying at the... More

We had a great 2 night stay in the Sarah Danner townhome! Fruit and freshly baked muffins awaited our arrival. Coffee and water in the kitchen. Three bedrooms fit all of us, including 3 teenage daughters who were very happy to find wifi. Great kitchen and living room, space for everyone. Walking distance to everything.... restaurants, tours, in-town museums, college.... More

Jeaninie the innkeeper was magnificent. The Inn was in a GREAT location, just walk out in you are in the middle of everything. The Inn had everything we needed, and the welcoming Blueberry Muffins were the icing on the cake. Would go back next time we are in town

We loved our 4 day stay at the Inn at Lincoln Square.!! Accommodations were great and our room on bottom floor was spacious with sitting area, king sized bed and full kitchen if needed. . Room very clean and inviting.- décor reflecting the times. Daily service requests were quickly handled. Location of Inn is excellent - right at Lincoln Square... More

We wanted to stay right in Lincoln Square and we are so glad we chose the Inn at Lincoln Square. We hadn't called beforehand (as we were instructed - my fault!) and when we arrived, the front door at the Inn was locked. There were, however, two very nice ladies nearby who called the "Innkeeper" for us and she arrived... More

Great location for touring Gettysburg. We were on first floor, and walked out front door onto Lincoln Square. A bit noisy with traffic noise. Walked to restaurants and shopping. Parking out back in designated spaces in alley. There is no front desk, so you must arrange check in with inn keeper. We arrived and inn keeper was not there, so... More

I found this place on Expedia for a good price. What a surprise!! Really nice for a big family to spread out. Three bedrooms. Only one bathroom but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the amount of space that you get. Located in the heart of downtown. If you have very small children, I would recommend a gate as... Our room was beautiful. The service was great. However, we stayed in the third floor suite. All that was there was a fan and a portable air conditioner. It was extremely HOT. Couldn't stand to be in the room during the day, which was ok, but we couldn't go there to relax for some down time to get out of... More

We are sorry that your stay was uncomfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately, our main wall unit which cools the Annie Danner Suite, had broken down just prior to your arrival and we were not able to fix it in time. The window unit usually cools the suite adequately in an emergency so we figured that would suffice. Rest assured,... More

The Inn is in a delightful house built before the Civil War, just a couple of doors from the David Wills House at which Lincoln stayed and finished writing the Gettysburg Address. The attic room (the Annie Danner Suite) is rustic, eclectic, and fun; and the second-story Irene Danner Suite is elegant and has very comfortable seats and couches for... More
