One of our favorite places to stay. We've celebrated our anniversary as well as taken our 5 young adult children there. Perfect base for all Gettysburg activities. When staying with 7 people, we have stayed in our own lodge and we've used the pull out couch. Be sure to ask for

We were very fortunate to have been referred to The Lodges at Gettysburg. Located a few miles from downtown off hwy #116. The Lodges offer a totally relaxing and comfortable stay in a private cottage/bungalow. After touring the battlefields and museum, coming back to our

We have been going to The Lodges for 5 years and always loved it. Unfortunately this time was a HUGE disappointment. Not only was it run down on the inside and outside but it was filthy inside. Sofa cushions were beat up the bathroom had a Bobby pin on the floor when we

We are also disappointed to learn of your experience, as the management and staff take tremendous pride in the property and care about the experience of our guests. Upon receiving this review, our General Manager immediately met with the respective departments to remedy the issues from your stay in November. Steps have been taken to ensure that does not occur in the future. We always encourage guest feedback, good and bad and appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We hope that you will return to Lodges so that you can see what you experienced certainly was not our norm.

We love Gettysburg for a wide variety of reasons. On our trip there last week, we discovered a real gem of a place to stay - the Lodges at Gettysburg. We stayed in the "Louisiana Lodge", which is what they called a "lieutenant suite". This was 2/3 of a very cute cottage. It had

I understand completely. What I did was call the lodge and told them how many nights I be staying. They took my reservation over the phone.i paid for one night an paid for the other nights we where going to be staying. Since We stayed 3 nights we got their 3 night discount. They also have different packages so ask before you decide. I am sure you will love it. I've been here twice now.I fell in love with it.An the Lodge staff is amazing. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

How much extra for breakfast
They serve fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee & tea, juice, toast, muffins and breakfast rolls for free. Not sure about the restaurant because we did not eat there. But the free breakfast was excellent.

Are you able (allowed to smoke outside on your private porches?
Sorry, not sure. We don't smoke. I can tell you that some of the lodges are close together, so it could be a problem.
