We stayed in the tent-camping area with our Boy Scout troop for 5 days. This campground is pricier than others in the area, largely due to it's easy access to the battlefield (the trail starts just across the street). Camp sites were packed in relatively tight, both tent and RV.

We stay here during their offseason. Though they weren’t officially open they too our reservation. The only issue we found is the small campsite we had. It was tough getting a 43 foot camper in the site. I would stay again but choose a different site.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff and owners. It was recommended by my sister in-law . We only stayed 1 night as we were passing through and wanted to see Gettysburg. We went the end of March. The park was close to the Museum and Visitors Ctr . The park is quite and had

Stayed at Artillery Ridge several times in the past. Planned 6 months ahead for this years Gettysburg visit. We received a letter from the new owners stating they raised their rate for primitive cabins from $400 to $700 for our stay and they would not honor the rate we booked it

We are sorry to hear you will not be making your trip this season. As new owners, we are very much looking forward to meeting all guests; especially previous visitors. We are also looking forward to owning this campground for many years and developing the property over time. As with many travel related destinations, prices are always subject to change, it was also the policy under the prior ownership. Our guests are very important to us but so is correctly valuing our product and property. We certainly hope you will consider a trip in the future or at the very least, keep up with us on social media to see the improvements as they occur. It would be our pleasure to meet your family and host you again at Artillery Ridge Campground!

My family and I have been camping at Artillery Rigde for around 13 years now and we've done Halloween there every year except once. We have always enjoyed our trips there and it's been our favorite out of the other campgrounds we've been to in Gettysburg. There are now new

We are looking forward to your visit this coming Halloween. We know what a great tradition this park has created in one of the best places to spend Halloween; Gettysburg, PA! Unfortunately the decision to remove the Haunted House was made by our insurance company. It is not our intention to raise rates and remove activities. We have a full time Activities Director starting at the property on April 15th. She is someone we have worked with before and everyone has always enjoyed. We are planning the famous hay ride, bobbing for apples, golf cart parade, site decoration contest, a DJ and more for our three Halloween themed weekends. We are sure you will find your visit to be just as memorable as years past. If there are any questions we can answer prior to your arrival or during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our guests are the reason we are here!

Most of the sites were fairly large. I don't remember the site number but it was a pull through in the wooded area to the left of the main road under the trees. We have a 34 motor coach and parked next to us was a 40' plus motor home. There was plenty of space between us. Enjoy your trip.

When does the pool open?
No idea, contact them. Most likely Memorial weekend.

No, the 'Stables' on the map is in fact a cabin. Horses are quite far away from there.

Does anyone know what the pool hours are at this campground?
Personally I didn't stay in a tent, but I would consider it. The tent sites are in the very back of the campground, so the traffic near them is pretty minimal. And while there are certainly a lot of diesel trucks, I doubt many will be running late at night. I'd recommend earplugs just in case.
