Great location for visiting gettysburg BUT their website and pamphlet are very misleading.first the angle of the picture of the lake makes it look much larger than it is. You can rent kayaks but it's way too small to enjoy and the pic of the mini golf shows a beautiful course with blue water flowing everywhere, what we got was... More

Love this campground. We have been coming here for years. We have tried other spots in Gettysburg but keep coming back to Granite Hill. It's well kept, staff is friendly and helpful, sites are level and a good size. Great place to getaway with groups of friends. Summer is fun, but we love the fall.

Not one level site on this property...BE PREPARED!! One side of our class A was completely off the ground and still not level. Location is good for touring Gettysburg...lots of great amenities on site. We were so close to the next person that our slides were only inches apart. Both of us got stuck in ruts and mud trying to... More

Our site was where the seasonal campers were and that was fine with us. The site had a trailer on it so we had to wait until that was towed away and when we were pulling into the spot, a tension wire above was too short and our 5th wheel was pulling on it! It was a good thing that... More

Just got back from a short weekend at Gettysburg. Went with a cub scout pack so we camped out. What a nice and very well maintained camp ground. There is so much to do that I wished we had stayed longer so we could enjoy all the amenities of the camp ground. Will definitely return when we goto Gettysburg

Just returned from our Labor Day weekend camping trip. This is a well maintained campground. It was very peaceful and the sites are quite large. You don't feel like your cramped in them. We have camped here for over 13 years and always pleased with the staff and grounds. We have stayed in a lot of Koa and they are... More

We camped on a tent, and had several site options to chose from. The grounds are clean, sites big and shaded, bathrooms cleaned frequently. The pool is also clean and a good size. The mini golf is challenging (extra cost), and the staff had planned many activities for kids. On Saturday they had a magician that was entertaining for all... More

This was our 2nd trip to Gettysburg from upstate NY. The campground was kept up quite well, although our campsite was in the woods and we were pretty sure there was poison ivy around us. Otherwise, lots of activities. The camp store was good and there's a cafe if you want to grab something to eat. Was a little farther... More

Rented a cabin for the weekend. Staff friendly upon arrival. Cabin was dusty, full of spider webs and had trash from previous tenants under the beds. The door to the cabin had a big gap at the bottom. Charcoal grill completely rusted through and non functional. Poison Ivy at various places on our site and the sites across from us... More

I have been literally coming to Granite Hill since my Birth in 1982, now my wife and I have a camper of our own and we continue to come back! The grounds are clean, the sites are fairly large, most of them are pretty level. The staff is amazing and the campground always has fun events going on! We will... More
