We loved it here. The campground personnel were helpful and knowledgable. The campground itself had everything you could want for family and couples alike. It is close to all the really great sites in Gettysburg. We have a 25' tow behind travel trailer and enjoyed the full hook offerings at the site. Pool, playground, pet friendly, camp store, ticket purchase... More

The sites were very cramped, it was hard to find campsites, poorly labeled. We had a 32' class C. Even though we had self-leveler's and extra wood to help with leveling, it was so uneven. It was like trying to put as many people as they could, in as little space as possible. We won't be back.

We have been going to granite hill for 14 years. We find it a very quiet, maintained campground. We have had the same site for probably 10 years, and while ours is very nice, I do have to agree with some reviews that there are some pretty bad sites also. They do have entertainment every weekend night for the kids.... More

We just got back from Labor Day weekend. The front desk was accommodating and let us stay for only 2 nights (the minimum was 3), since we made a late reservation and it was the last availability. Our first impression was of Lake Lily - ew! It was gross! Looked like a swamp with muck everywhere. We never saw anyone... More

Stay here as they allowed under 3 nights for Labor Day as we could do 3. They did not understand their inventory and assigned up a spot that did not have 30 amp, next the spot had someone in it, after that the next spot fit us but it had huge ruts in it that I tripped on and fell...... More

Granite Hill is a nice place to stay and they put on a great bluegrass festival. Great bands in a really beautiful setting. The food offerings are okay, but have had better at other festivals around the country. Lots of activities for children. The swimming pool stayed full. And G-Burg is full of wonderful historic sites to visit and learn... More

We came for the day to attend the bluegrass festival. Note: we did not camp or otherwise evaluate the facilities. However, the folks that we ran into there were well organized and very polite and helpful. We forgot chairs and bought some at the camp store. We found the prices for them as well as food and beverages to be... More

We spent the weekend and I was really impressed with the amount of activities for kids. This is our go to campground for over 15 years, but our first with our 8 year old grandson. We spent the whole day on Saturday with tons to do and ended with a movie sitting on the lawn. The campground is very clean... More

Stayed for 3 days, as family we were traveling together we booked 3 sites together on site was so bad they had to move away from us to another site not close to us. Office said they were no closer sites because people were coming in for the ones close to us. They must have been invisible because sites were... More

We camped here father's day weekend. We had a great site, but as we walked the campground, I was happy we were on top of the hill near the pirate ship playground. We noticed the Safari Area looked very unkept. Sites were so over grown! The area by the ball fields, the roads were terrible! I'd be afraid to drive... More
